I spoke to Joann on a Sunday and asked several simple questions. Despited he promise to investigate, my questions were not answered. SIX DAYS LATER, a Russian speaking in broken English called to say the car was sold. I was prepared to purchase this car but their lack of interest in my business was evident. My suggestion is that buyers AVOID this Honda dealer!

They were very good. They offered competitive pricing. Communication was excellent. Unfortunately, we just missed closing the deal. They made a very generous offer. And I believe I did as well. We just couldn't get to the handshake on this one. I am hopeful that we can do more next time as we did in the past.

Totally a mix bag. Salesperson and sales manager were courteous and helpful. However, the finance guy did not behave in a professional way. He used trickery to try to sell me extended warranty. This is not what I expected from Bay Ridge Honda after buying two previous vehicles from you. Shame.

Unpleasant experience car I paid down on was sold prior to my down payment, which I believe was a genuine error but I was not happy anyway, We ended up with a 2014 lease and had to take it for service next day with 30 miles on it, due to Knob stuck on the console, 2 strikes in a row, this vehicle is for my wife and son. Am sticking with audi, service,car and upfront financing no suprises is better.

They had a great car at a fair price. I was disappointed that their advertized price wasn't the full price, they added a "mark up"? but it was still a fair price.

Excellent patience and customer service. The SUV was exactly as described online. I purchased it! I was looking in PA, NJ, CT, RI and MA and would not have found this great deal in my backyard without this website. Thank you!
