Sort of covered that above. Biggest surprise was the difference between the my old 6 of many years ago. This guy fit right and drive within seconds. It had endless performance to the point of being way more capable of out performing everyday traffic or normal needs. For a big heavy car it handled like it was on rails, but where other than on a track can you safely utilize it? The DCT is quite impressive versus any sport 8 speed out there, but again it has a distant feel between gears versus a shift into 3rd or 2nd in a 5 speed bimmer. The 5 speed large bimmers, either with 6s or V8s, seem to me to be a Best Fit.
