Overall I had a great experience with this dealer ! The original person that contacted me for my appointment was not available when I arrived so I needed up working with another dealer to test drive the car. The original dealer was there for the actual purchase but wasn’t as knowledgeable as I would have like since he had not been there through the beginning steps. Overall I felt well taken care of , and thought the deal was fair . I would purchase from them again :)

Spent a week trading a few emails about a car. Took the hour and a half drive to actually go but the car. When we got there the car wasn’t there. Some story about coming from a “sister” dealership, and someone else had bought the car. I guess the price was too good to be true. Or maybe the car never was there, and they lied through their teeth just to get me to their lot. Either way, shame on them. I’ll never talk to them again, much less buy a car from them.

The dealership,was very unhelpful and they didn’t seem to,want me as a customer. I was told I couldn’t just come into the dealership I had to make a appointment as they were very busy. So I guess the dealership is so busy they don’t need me as a customer . The car advertised was not what I wanted . The salespeople didn’t seem to care if I came in or not. I will not purchase a vehicle from this dealership they are way to stuck up for me.

Beverly Hills BMW is a fantastic dealership. I purchased a 2016 BMW X1 xDrive28i AWD, and it's a great car. More importantly, my wife and I had a great experience with Beverly Hills BMW. It started with Sanya, our salesperson. She was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, and she never pressured us in any way. Further, any action item Sanya committed to was completed immediately—in short, her responsiveness and courtesy were off the charts! Also, the finance department was fantastic. Jonathan is great. He's incredibly smart and funny and walked us through all of our options in incredible detail. In the end, we left his office feeling very confident about our financing choices. Lastly, the X1 did require a windshield replacement, and Sanya organized for the part to arrive within a couple of days of purchase, and the service department got the work immediately done, so we had our car back. Overall, we enjoyed a quality experience with attentive and courteous folks.

I came by on Sunday to see the car, it wasn't ready soI left my number for them to call me as soon as the car is done being prepared. But only to find out it was sold. Ali did not call me. So as the management team who sold the vehicle earlier. Poor customer service. Wasted my time! Was really disappointed not being able to get it.

Initially replied quickly. Said the X5M was being prepped for sale & that photos would be posted after that. Said that he’d be in touch again when the X5M was actually ready for sale. He never contacted me again. Several days went by, no emails from him & no photos posted. I presumed that it was possible the X5M was sold immediately after being prepped by another salesperson who was a bit more competitive. This has happened to me a couple of times before, an aggressive salesperson gives their customer advance notice a vehicle is being prepped & they proceed to process the transaction before the vehicle is actually released/advertised. I thought maybe this was the case so I didn’t think much of it that he didn’t contact me again. Then I get a notice from CarGurus that this X5M was just sold 10 (TEN) days later. He had 10 days to contact me and didn’t. Walter was the salesperson. He was an absolute, total, complete failure as a salespers when it comes to working with me to buy that X5M.

Ad on Car Gurus identified car as BMW certified with warranty. Salesperson was nice but after checking his records, he said that was incorrect. After 2 weeks, Car Gurus ad still had the same errors - that car had warranty and that it was certified - which was untrue...

The dealer is a little "lazy" or properly say, not motivated to respond to customer e-inquiries. They are probably don't need to do extra to get customers due to its premium location (very crowded space). I went there twice to check out its used inventory and glad to found many choices. However, the qualities were various and cannot provide a freeway test drive either. It rarely has CPO vehicles because I was told that it would cost three thousands more. Ha?

The dealer has been an absolute pleasure to work with! They sold me a 2017 BMW M2, which is very difficult to find and most dealers are charging a hefty premium for. Not only did they sell me the car at the MSRP but they did not even ask me for a deposit and I am an out of state buyer! The salesperson, Jory Barnes, is extremely professional, knowledgeable and has been quite helpful in the process of buying this car and making sure it gets delivered to me without a problem. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to buy or lease a BMW and wants to be treated with respect, courtesy, honesty and professionalism. These are qualities that are in short supply with the car dealers where I am from in Miami!

Much to my surprise, this was the most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had. The sales guy (Kyle) was down to earth, knowledgable and didn't apply any sales pressure tactics. The finance person (Joyce) was also easy-going, helpful & diligent. I'm very happy with my car purchase & the dealership experience. I've already recommended Beverly Hills BMW to several of my friends.

Yoori and Charles were great! I was very pleased with my experience at this dealership. It was my best experience ever buying a car with the no haggling Sonic program! They have the best inventory around, I had to drive from AZ to Beverly Hills as they were the only dealership that had a nice selection of what I was looking for. I highly recommend BMW of Beverly Hills!

Car has been on dealer lot for over 330 days. Sales team unwilling to budge on price. Car was produced 07-15 so in 9 days it will be officially 1 year old and 2017 models are already shipping to the USA. I don t understand the unwillingness to adjust pricing to market demands?

They responded but will not negotiate on price. They use sonic pricing which in all fairness is not a good thing for the consumer but is for the dealer. It's decent pricing but you will never get a good deal. Even when I presented a lower price from another dealer on the same model vehicle they would not lower their price. Frustrating

It was a learning experience dealing online. I made a lower offer for the car, and the dealership told me they don‘t negotiate. But two hours later, they lowered the price, and an hour after that, I got an email that the car had been sold. I won‘t use this service again, I“ll stick with Craigslist.

The dealer did contact me but after I had told them that I wanted to purchase there was no followup. I wanted the car so I had to call multiple times to get hold of someone. No emails or phone calls were returned. When you called the direct line they would say they are transferring you to someone and than hangup.

I've bought a lot of cars over the years and this was perhaps my best experience. No backroom pressuring at all and the salesperson was very knowledgeable about the car, even though it wasn't a BMW. Didn't even need to negotiate the price because the care was priced UNDER market for this model with this mileage.

I would suggest talking to Cham Chung, he was professional, not pushy about the sales but contacted me every step of the way to help me purchase my car. I bought a 2013 135i Coupe from Beverly Hills BMW and Cham helped me out get much more for my trade in than other dealerships. Thanks Cham you the man! Also financing was a breeze!

Jory was very nice and wanted to make a sale but the used car manager didn't want to ship the car for free. I watched the car drop in price and I could have bought it several weeks ago for the asking price if they would have provided free shipping. The manager emailed me I told him that the price the car dropped to had they thrown in free shipping would be similar to the original asking price and I could have purchased the vehicle a month ago. The used care manger I believe his name was Amir never responded to my email. It was ok because I found west coast corvettes in Anaheim and they were willing to do what Beverly hills BMW wouldn't and now I'm the proud owner of a convertible corvette C6 that's amazing. Jory was awesome though. I would definitely recommend him. He could only work within the rules of his employer.

Sales guy Cham set up appt with me. I showed up on time and he had completely forgotten that we had appointment. He was not organized...didn't have the specific car pulled up in front and spent more time away from his desk and me, than in front of me, the customer. He was very nice, but not professional. He text me at 8:30pm at night a few nights later to see if I was still interested. I responded the next day letting him know i was still interested, but that I wanted to be completely honest with him: he wasn't prepared for our meeting, he text me at 8:30pm (this is a business deal that should be handled during business hours!!) and that I expected a bit more professionalism from him. I told him that for the area (Bev Hills) that he is working, demands professionalism. NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM! I wasn't trying to be mean, just constructive criticism...oh well...their loss of me as a customer.

I understand she was with a client but shouldn't of let me walk off the lot. Due to the wrong address it took me another 40 min to get there. This dealer was great to deal with. Shane helped us with our car purchase, and he did not exert any sales pressure through out the deal. The place was clean, and they had plenty of cars in their lot. The prices were pretty reasonable. I highly recommend this dealership.

Horrible Horrible Horrible! Drove the cart toward home and made it about sixty miles before the transmission went out. Got suckered into taking it to a VW dealership near here. After a lot of frustrating negotiation they promised to pay 1/2 of the repair (nearly $2,00) and I have not heard back from them since. Dishonest and dishonorable. Do no business with them

A mixed bag. Much of the sales staff seem nice, but very young and inexperienced; useless for answering detailed questions. This led to me having to deal with multiple people in the sales process and made it a bit of an ordeal with my always having to verify what someone told me with someone else.I did receive some misinformation both before I signed a contract and that I discovered after buying the car. I hope that doesn't prove a problem (if so, it would make me revise my rating to 1 star). I also never felt like I could trust the people I was dealing with. Clearly they were looking out for their own best interests, not mine; something one never wants to feel as a client in a major business transaction. That said, the negotiated price seems like a good deal. Future warranty support and repair service will truly tell the tale on whether this outfit is worthy of people doing business with: Contact me in 6 mos - a year and I'll let you know.

I bought this car. My sales guy was great. This dealer does not deal. They are a fix price dealer and I was told have to call back east to corporate to get any price change. They have already added stuff to the car that can't be taken off the price of the vech. Such as Phantom footprint (an invisible id system) and permaplate (a paint and leather protectant. In the finance office we are offered a warrenty. I asked him twice if it was a factory warrenty and he told us it was. 2 days later I found that it wasn't and that he lied strait to our faces. I've bought over 20 + cars and trucks and never been lied to strait to my face. So if you choose to go here keep your guard up and trust no one for there word. Very deceptive!

I went there to check out a prius. Unfortunately I was too late and a deal was being closed for the vehicle I was interested in right as I walked in to check out the car. Nevertheless, they were upfront with me through the whole process and had solid customer service from my limited experience. I can't speak to their negotiation and financing, but the representative I talked to seemed very professional, informative and friendly.

I was told the car definitely had a certain feature. Double confirmed that the car had the feature. I dove 50 miles to buy the car and when i got there found out Sorry It Doesn't Have That. Then they wanted to sell me something else. Very deceptive practices. A waste of my time and gas.

Dealer didn't respond to my emails on making an appointment. Kept on getting the automatic replies to my original inquiry. Made it to the dealership and was met by a sales person who didn't say much about the car. He couldn't get the car to start. After the sales guy went ot his manager and he said the battery must be dead, it was sitting for a while. They made no attempt to jump start the car. By then I was done as it was very hot that day. (over 100 degrees F) It would have been nice to bring the car over to the shaded covered area. They didn't bother to offer anything. Very dissapointed as I have previously owned BMWs and never had that type of service.

The service at this dealership is characterized by a certain arrogance toward the customer. I don't know if this is supposed to heighten a sense of brand superiority, but when it comes down to it, I have felt on the two occasions that I dealt with this dealership that I was being spoken down to by the sales staff.

Kept me waiting 90 minutes while being told constantly the car I wanted to see was on its way. Ultimately it never arrived. I finally left and I sent an email to the Manager. To this day I have not received a response or an apology. The treatment is night and day compared to a Mercedes dealership. Very disappointed.

The first issue was I asked the salesman, Paul Kim, if there were any fees other than the cost of the vehicle and he said no. There was a $155.00 doc fee, after the fact. The pics they had of the 2004 Ford Excursion were good, but there is previous damage that they did not point out in the pics. It was a bad fix and the clear coat is peeling off. the windshield wipers do not work and the front end shakes at 55 miles per hour. Not saying that I would have still bought the vehicle, but full disclosure is always best. This is the 3rd vehicle I have purchased on the internet and the only questionable experience that I have had. This was the first and last deal I will do with this dealership.
