Very helpfull

One bad practice a lot of online dealers use is advertise a low mileage auto at a good price to attract consumers to their site in hopes to get them to purchase something else more expensive. This practice was used twice with two different models. Requested information on two cars and both i was told were sold and to please browse the website for a different model.. If you had something similar to what I requested fine but to pay $10000 more for the same auto is not what I requested information on. Total waist of my time.

I purchased my vehicle from Valencia BMW. They promptly responded to me and gave me a competitive quote right off the bat. They were patient with me and didn't try to pressure me while I compared their quote with other dealerships. Ultimately, I went with them because they had the best pricing on the car I wanted with the right options I was looking for. The purchasing process was a little long (about 90 minutes). My only other criticism is that they didn't detail the car-- although it was washed, fully charged with a full tank of gas. All in all 5 stars, because the most important factor to me was price and they had the best pricing. One word of caution, be careful when deciding to purchase the additional warranties, some of them made sense, but most folks really don't need the highest priced options.

Sales consultant Sergik was very helpful and did nothing to pressure me. I bought the car after a long test drive and after driving another model as well. As always, the contract process took forever, but people were friendly and offered water, etc. Overall, the process was smooth.

I would give my experience a 3 out of 5 there. The salesmen wanted to run my credit before I even agreed on a deal for the truck. Then after low-balling me on my trade, he kept mentioning to me they have a strict platform where they dont negotiate any further with the consumer on price, even if there is a better deal. Thats exactly what I did, I found a much better deal on the same truck at another dealership. What you see listed on the vehicle price there at Vakencia BMW is their final, so just shop around. It wont take long to find better deals.

Really nice follow up and willing to serve you. Additional photos and emails, without being annoying. Sincere people trying to do their job right. I bought another car, before going there, but that was my next option.

Lance was very experienced and got me all the answers I was looking for and he went out of his way to help me Unfortunately I didn't get the car because I didn't find what I was looking for as options inside the car But definitely I will consider calling Lance for my next car before calling anyone else

All I can say is they were awesome in every way! I would recommend this dealer to everyone. The car was as nice as a photo and I'm very happy with the transaction. No games or pushy salesman. Everyone was wonderful and made me feel like family. I love my car and I would recommend this dealer to everyone.

Car buying experience was good.

The car was located online. I called the salesman and agreed to meet in person. The car looked better and was in better shape than we first thought. My wife wanted a convertable and the CLK350 was price below blue book value made the sales experience fantastic. The salesman, Luis was fantastic and allowed my wife to feel comfortable with her decision. The only issue was financing. We came in with a 820 FICO score and my wife wanted short term 36 months financing. the Fin. Mgr tried to get us for 3.9% rate. Once I complained how high it was he came down to 3.1% rate with option to return car in 3 days. This was on Sunday afternoon, after we just got off the plain from Miami earlier in the morning. I knew my wife wanted the car, so we drove home with the car. We went to our credit union on Monday, got a 36 month @ 2.45% and they FedX the payoff the next day. The experience was great and for any new or preowned vehicle, do your research first if possible so you know what you are getting. Luis was the best salesman and did not try to pressure for upgrade knowing what my wife wanted.

Amazing customer service

Mr Sergik Haftvani was perfect, he followed up all calls and e-mails. His manager was also perfect, we negotiated the price to my satisfaction and their team handled all the details up-to and including delivery.

Total pros...I bought a relatively inexpensive used car and they treated me like I purchased an expensive one. Everyone knew what they were doing..,no games. Very pleased...thanks Michael, Mickey and Willie.

Siengrid is a very knowledgeable, honesty and fantastic shoes person.

Dealer never responded, despite numerous phone calls. I received an email from the manager, asking how my experience was. I replied, stating that I was interested in once of their cars, but no one would reply to my emails or phone calls. Ironically, the manager didn't bother replying to my response to his email, either. I bought a car, from one of their competitors.
