We ended up purchasing a 2020 BMW X5 from this dealership. It took them 2 hours to find the car, which, ended up not being on the lot. It was 20 minutes away at a AAA office on display. After bringing it back to the dealership, and a short test drive, they put an offer in front of us, which we accepted. A GREAT PRICE, which met our expectations. No haggling. Easy. Then, it took e hours to get into financing. Yep. A 4 hour line to get into the finance office to sign paperwork. Our Salesperson, Rose, was great. Her manager, Neil, was friendly and apologetic, and even the finance person Marcus was attentive and a great listener to what type of Maintenance package we wanted. But, our overall experience was not good. It should not take 8+ hours to purchase a vehicle when the buyer made an appointment and has pre-approved financing. This dealer needs to re-think operations and how they service their customers. I would not recommend this dealership to friends and family.

Sales person was awesome. No pressure. Car was just as described. We emailed a lot of info when we first inquired. She was very responsive. She stayed late before we purchased, so we could test drive the car, and ultimately managed to get the sale done by working with us to get the right price and right trade.If I were buying a BMW I would definitely come back to Tracy and this dealership. One star docked due to slow finance department closing the deal. After we had a deal, we had to wait over an hour and a half to get processed! I get being busy, but geez, that was unpleasant. (Sales person checked on us all the time. So kudos to her. Not her fault.)

Terrible experience. Once they knew I was out of state they started ignoring my phone calls. I had to call of a different number for them to eventually answer my call again. Once they did answer my call they sent me to the voicemail of their internet manager who never reached back out to me. Don’t make a vehicle available nationwide if you won’t be willing to complete the transaction.

STAY AWAY. Everything bad that you’ve heard about car dealerships. Classic bait and switch. Agreed to a price, and purchased one way nonrefundable tickets to pick up car. Then they increased the price of the car by $500. The words “honor” and “integrity” are not in this dealer is vocabulary. Save yourself the aggravation and go someplace else

Ari which was online sales agent was amazing. He assisted me with this purchase and was very helpful. It took me 2 days close deal since I wasn't backing down and he made it possible. The car had an issue getting gas cap open they told me to come back. I came back the auto maintenance section really didnt want to do any work on it since said was a Benz and they are BMW. Which my car is luckily under warranty. Just was disappointing after I drove back out there. But it's cool

Ivan contacted me back but once he found out I was in a different state he chose to only tell me that they didn’t ship cars out of state and not reply to any of my questions regarding the car. I emailed him daily for 5 days and still nothing. His lack of customer service was unacceptable

Unorganized I schedule an appointment and confirmed the day of appointment wend I arrived to test drive the vehicle i was told it was off site in the shop that the vehicle was not going to be ready for a few more days and they where not sure why no one notified me.

The dealer was extremely helpful with information and responsiveness. I communicated (via phone and email) with an individual in the internet sales department as well as the manager. The purchase would have been for out-of-state, and they provided all the details and options including obtaining a shipping quote. Ultimately, I did not make on offer quickly and the car was sold. I may likely purchase a different vehicle (same make and model) from this dealer.

We had the best experience. A few hiccups with the car but was handled. David was one of the nicest guys I have ever dealt with in buying a car. He made it very easy he was very pleasant as funny and was not pushy. He made it very comfortable to deal with. We need more salesman like him.

Probably the best experience I've ever had attempting to purchase a vehicle. The sales person was very upfront about a few dings that didn't show up in the vehicle pictures and even sent me some photos from his cell phone to make sure I had all the information upfront. Wasn't able to get it for the price I wanted, but no fault on the dealership. Great experience overall.

Staff was friendly and greeted us right away . They even held the car I inquired about for almost the entire day since I had to drive 4 hours just to see it. However, I took it for a test drive around the block and the manager already expected me to make up my mind. 10min drive and I'm supposed to make a 20,000 decision?! They responded to my interest in a car immediately. We set up and appointment but the car was sold the night before I was supposed to go see the car. Marlana kept me informed and let me know the car was sold so I did not have to make the trip to the dealer. She also tried to steer me in a direction to get another car of the same caliber. I got an email from a manager? telling me the car was still being processed and not ready for viewing but giving me phone numbers of several people I could call. Great experience! I was looking for my 6th Jaguar XK/XKR convertible, only in red or ice blue with light interior, Certified Previously Owned (CPO) with fewer than 15,000 miles are VERY few and far between. Then, this cute little 1 owner, lease returned Red, 2015 BMW convertible with 4,700 miles, priced $15,000 less than what I was prepared to pay, popped up instead on my CargGurus search. Mildly interested, just because it's styling and color made this car somewhat stand out from the ubiquitous BMWs in SoCal, I sent an inquiry to the dealership at 8:30 on Friday night and received a call from a very knowledgeable, affable and articulate Internet Sales Manager named Jonathan, just 10 minutes later!! Despite the rather late hour, Jonathan was not all all pushy, was quite cheerful, patient and confident in answering my questions about a car (BMW) that I have, frankly, never been particularly impressed with or interested in, and he was refreshingly honest when I asked a question that he couldn't answer, saying he would find out and get back to me asap! Rather than do that, I actually asked for an appointment to test drive the car the next day, on Saturday at noon...Jonathan did not have to try to talk me into it. He ended the call by saying "I'll park the car right out in front of the dealership so you'll see it when you get here"! Sounds like a small thing, but since~ as I expressed to him~all BMWs basically look alike to me, and I surely can't identify the hardtop convertible from the sedan, I was actually happy to know I would be able to tell it apart from all the others. Given, it was the only Red one, but it was nice that it was right in front, and in the shade when we arrived in Monrovia, a city 80 miles from our home, that we had never been to, to look at a car we weren't exactly enthused about! When my husband, 14 year old "puppy" and I arrived, Jonathan meet us with a warm handshake and big smile. Although Jonathan owns a 5 series, he was experiencing the BMW convertible for the 1st time. right along with me, so our test drive was a fun learning and discovery adventure. He answered every question, and involved "The Genius" (seriously, that's what his job title is, and it says so right on his shirt!) who any and all answered questions Jonathan, my husband and I had about how the car worked. Then, Jonathan advocated for me twice to his manager for more money on my beautiful, unique and beloved Jaguar 2007 XK convertible trade in, and came within $200.00 of my minimum acceptable. Everyone at the dealership, (which BTW was newly built, sparkling clean and lovely, though seriously lacking in snacks and anything other than coffee drinks, water, popcorn and apples to eat throughout a very long day), was extremely and genuinely polite, and many of them came over to meet "Edwina", (our mini doxie who slept on my lap nearly the entire day). I did end up purchasing the car, after 8.5 hours at the dealership which seemed like an eternity that the lack of food made even feel even longer! After the fun part of driving and talking about the car, a good deal of time was spent just waiting for the finance folks, which we didn't understand since I was paying in full on the spot, not financing. But it was explained that Saturday is a very busy day and every deal must go through a finance manager, to fill out all the requisite paperwork, dot the i's and cross the t's, regardless of how you pay for the car.. So we waited for time with lease and finance guy, David B, who, once we were with him, apologized for the wait, but then thoroughly, carefully, patiently and with a nice sense of humor, explained all the ins and outs of the purchase process, DMV stuff, detailed the warranty and add on options for the elite CPO car, and other things that buyers are required by law to be apprised of . That helped us understand why the process takes so long! After that was all done, Jonathan and David hooked me up with some BMW swag, and Jonathan led us outside to my new car, where The original Genius who had answered questions earlier, and a second equally knowledgeable Genius (so sorry I can't recall their names) went through how to do this, that and the other thing, with the new car. (I couldn't even work the blinker! just the differences between the British and German style and engineering), but after 15 minute hands on tutorial form the Geniuses, we were heading home in our new ride! Time will tell if I can embrace this cute and sporty car and leave my life long penchant and love for beautiful Jaquar convertibles in my rear view mirror. But Jonathan, David, The Geniuses and our dealership experience at Monrovia BMW/Mini will remain in very high esteem, in my book. And we will most certainly recommend them to friends and family looking for a hard to find Beemer!

This dealership is very client service focused. I emailed and asked if a car was still available and heard right back with details and a request for an appt. at my convenience. I then called on my way out (far from my house) to ask if they could verify it was still available and the assistant said she would go out and physically verify it was still there. I bought a 2013 Dodge Charger SXT from BMW of Monrovia. I thought I was getting a really good deal but the lack to inform me that there were several problems with the car. If they were honest about what was wrong with the car I still would have bought it. Honesty goes a long way.

I called, they said that thcar would be ready for preview in a couple of days. They called the following day to say that they sold the car. What??? I thought it was being prepped and was unavailable.

Car is NOT an Excellent is closer to a Good not much more Dent in hood damage in interior door panel. 2 types of tires , 3 owners NO SERVICE RECORDS. Not Much Info on vehicle and it was blocked in so Never got Got Look at vehicle . they didn't like my response about condition and was told UP TO BMW specs. Well Used Car and value at best $6800.00 Look at Ratings from KBB/Edmunds They give you how to judge a vehicle, may be Old but NOT BLIND or Stupid

Neil Delas Alas was an excellent sales representative for Monrovia. The car was well presented. He knew the vehicle very well and had the paperwork and vehicle ready for pickup as promised. I'm very satisfied.

Not flexible at all with price. 1st offered 300 dollar drop and told no more. Then offered 600 dollar drop. Told they would rather wholesale it for less than my offer amount. Doesn't make sense they would wholesale for less. Also not told truth about how long car on lot. Should be honest about verifiable information. Second salesperson did not seem to like that I had more information than he expected so he basically brushed me off and declined to discuss matter further.

I only whished that they would have been willing to negotiate a bit more, but the car is in great condition and BMW/Mini of Monrovia offered a much better loan rate than my credit union!

Worst BMW dealership in Southern California! Their service department is horrible. They seriously lied to me about my M5 clutch saying my subframe was broken but they can't fix it so that they don't have to pay for a new clutch since it still had warranty. Once the clutch was destroyed and I towed my car to their dealership they didn't want to pay for the new clutch and quoted me for $5,000 even the car was in its 3rd year of the 4 year warranty and at 45k miles. I then towed the car to South Bay BMW and they fixed it without any problems. Even Monrovia is the closest BMW dealer to me, I will NEVER step on their lot ever again.

Made appointment to see said car, the salesman I corresponded was not even there at appointment time, though they left msg that the car was under contract few hrs before appointment time (apparently it went under contract prior day but they failed to call me). Car was in bad shape- they kept fishing for me to come back in after the contract fell through- they were telling me that the other buyer was going to pay full price- I highly doubt this based on condition of car- they wasted enough of my time- I wasn't about to reward them for their inconsideration by giving them my business. I got a much better deal next day at another dealer.

I contacted Elie at BMW of Monrovia, he shot me a fair deal. We agreed and Elie stayed right on top of it through the purchase made sure the shipping went smoothly and called me to make sure everything went right.
