Great people! Friendly, willing to answer the simplest questions patiently with enthusiasm. Gave a quote on lease way lower than dealer closer to home. Ultimately obtained elsewhere due to wife's penchant for certain color not available there. Otherwise would have made the decision on the spot to go with Long Beach! While there, ran into a neighbor's family who also traveled the extra distance with the same fantastic price and sales experience.

contacted dealer via email that i a interested on the car three times told to come on over set up an appointment with same person (jose ) drove an hour to get there by 4:30 in the afternoon they were expected me sales person helped me out by the name perry very nice and helpfull person put in the information for the vehicle that i was interested but did not come out in their system he walked out to check whats wrong end of being that the car was sold a day before basically jose dropped a ball but not check the inventory before asked me to come on over to the dealer very unprofessional person big mistake and waisted my time i think he is in the wrong business never go there again.

Horrible BMW dealership... so disappointed. This is the definition of "car salesman" that everyone fears and mocks. They promise and promise and lie and deceive... They kept harassing me with emails and phone calls promising a better rate and price. Only after my second visit and running my credit report (thinking I will not walk away because of that commitment), that they said they can't do anything about the price, warranty or accessories. They even tried to sneak in a $150 charge into my total thinking I won't notice. Very deceiving... just sad they sell BMWs. I walked away and they even had the audacity to email me again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Salesman low pressure and comfortable. However, it took a very long time to enter the finance office. There were very few (one) finance people in the offices after we decided to buy and shook hands on the deal. We waited over two hours from that point before entering the finance person's office AFTER agreeing on the price of the car only to find the finance manager was brought Chic-filet and my wife and i watched as Sam (finance guy) devoured his lunch before calling us in . . . we could see fries, etc. being consumed as we waited patiently in the waiting area. Sam (the finance guy) should be retired by his management. He is super slow and has difficulty with the technology associated with the sales process. Watching this old guy frown at the computer screen as he moved through the paperwork process was like watching paint dry - so frustrating and aggravating. Then he has to bring out an ipad for you to select or not select additions to your sale . . . Not his cup of tea.

The dealer responded to my inquiry of a vehicle I was interested in purchasing and having shipped to Minnesota with this: “Thank you for your interest in our store. This 2015 BMW 328i xDrive is still available, however, we've changed our rules to sell to out of state clients. You'd have to come in to see the car in person. You'd have to pay full cash for the car. Paperwork in person. Pay full price.” I guess they don’t want any business that isn’t from California, I showed this to my local BMW dealer in Minneapolis and they were embarrassed by this response as was I.

I had GREAT experience buying BMW 535i. From the sales consultant, sales manager and finance. They all were very professional, answered all my questions and extremely helpful without no pressure. Further, sales person personally touched up a minor paint near the door panel and I was impressed with his personal touch. I would highly recommend the Long Beach BMW to anyone who is in the market.

Contacted dealership to schedule an appt but was told the car was sold. The listing has not been removed after 3 days so I contacted Sales and once again told it had "just" been sold. This time I called the used car manager directly after and I was inform the car was 'never' sold and it is/has always been available. She transferred me back to Sales and Sales ask me to give a few hrs and will get back to me. I did not hear back so I called, left voice and email message. Never hear back from Sales and the car was really sold 2 days after. This dealership plays game. Avoid Sales 'Ben'.

I was contacted by the dealer. I was then asked if I was interested in another car. I informed the dealer which car I was interested to see. A day later, I was told the car was not available to view because a new engine was being installed. I never received a follow-up call to let me know what the status of the advertised car is.

Couldn't be worse. Avoid Daniella. She gets easily confused and she tried to argue with me about a request I made for her manager to call me, rather than trying to help me with my questions. I mentioned to different sales associated that an Ice Blue Mini was listed as Kite Blue and he didn't seem to care and it took days to change in their posting on CarGuru's site.

Unfortunately I had to work with Philip (Sales Person). The way he deal with me, I really felt bad. Very careless. Arrogant behavior. He didn't respect customer opinions. He is kind of pushing, and do what he wants to do. I went there to buy BMW X5 and return back just because of him. Next week, I went to Center BMW and got what I want in a good way with respect.

In buying a used vehicle a carfax report will not tell you everything. If I lived closer I would've taken vehicle to my mechanic for inspection. Turns out it needed struts a costly repair. Even after knowing this now I still would've bought the vehicle just wondered if the dealer knew the whole time and didn't divulge the info just lowered the price. After all was done my experience with Lenny the Used Car Manager made our transaction a little smoother.

Ben Karim was terrific. We bought the car through him and were pleased with his help and straight forward approach. We'll be going back to him for our next car purchases / leases. I would have given the dealership 5 stars but for having to wait a long time for the finance guy. The finance guy was very good but seemed to have a challenging customer to deal with before us. Meanwhile, we had a very long wait.

Long Beach posted one price and when I went in to see the car it was $3,000 higher! They told me this was a problem with their corporate office. Sorry I don't buy that and because of that will most likely NEVER buy a car there. I have also told many other dealers about this experience and they too feel this is a very poor practice. Outstanding service. Eloy Maldonado was patient and knowledgeable regarding the car (even though this was a BMW dealer and I bought a used MBZ). I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is serious about buying an automobile.
