I called a hour before to test drive a car. Micheal the Sales Manager, had said to me that “someone will work with you when i get there & the car will be ready”. Micheal gets my name & i head to the dealership, & i am a hour away from the dealership. I get there & the person in front asks “who am i here to speak to” i said “micheal, your sales manger” person at front leaves. I end up brought a person named William. I had to tell him i am here for test drive of a car. I told hom stock number. (Fast forward 15min) They told me it will take 20 min to get it, i converse with william & get insulted cause i am there to only test drive cause i am saving for a down payment. He says with the money i have saved you should just buy some sandwitches. For real, i am saving & expanding my car options for when im ready to buy. Another guy comes & says “its gonn take 30-45min to get it. & another guy who looks & seemed to be micheal comes & says “its gonna be a while would you like to wait” I say i left my house at 7, got here at 8 & you close at 9. By the time the car gets here you guys are supposed to close. So no i will leave cause you guys had Whole houe to get it ready. They obviously didnt wanna do business. But despite how anyone is. When there is a customer you show as much respect as possible, & salesmen should not insult there customsers. I highly dont reccoment this dealer. I understand some people have had good experiences but thats because you probably look & smell like money. Or other reasons. Everyone should be treated with respect.

Dealer bait and switched me. Called for a car, they said they had it. I got there 3 hours later and they told me it was sold the previous night. The manager intimidates all his sales people and they are not very good at their jobs. Bmw needs to really crack down on this location

They don’t have any responsibility about their car l called them few times to go there and taste drive the car and they sed car is not ready That’s not good for BMW

The salesman and another woman who helped were very nice, however, I made an offer that their dealership would not accept and I found a much more competitive price at another dealer. I bought my new 2018 X1 with 32 miles on it for a little less than they were willing to sell me a used 2017 X1 with 9,680 miles so I felt they did not demonstrate good value but the dealership was nice to me.

Incredible service. We drove more than two hours to the dealership and it was well worth the drive. We purchased the car, and could not be happier with the BMW i3 and the level of professionalism shown by the staff at Century West BMW.

The dealer contacted me within one day and answered my questions as arose. I was satisfied with the service and integration, but I am giving only 4 stars because I did not end up buying the car based on what they offered me for my trade in. It was substantially lower than all other offers I've had on my car so far. Worth noting, this was all through email as I do live 300 miles away from the dealership. They have a good selection and if I lived in SoCal, I would probably buy a car from them.

I contacted the Internet "Specialist" from the CarGurus website with an purchase offer that was on lower side of value (based on what CarGuru, Edmonds, KBB and TrueCar show). He essentially countered by RAISING the advertised price (already thousands over above named book value) , which indicated he wasn't interested in doing business with me. Fair enough. Two days later, I was then contacted by the GM with a follow up letting me know that someone would be getting back to me on my original inquiry. When I advised him that I had indeed been contacted and it seemed that the salesman was not interested in by business (I sent him the original emails) he apologized for my bad experience and inquired as to what car I was interested in. I thought we were having a correspondence, but then he "ghosted" me. I've not heard back from him in several days. Not even with a "sorry, can't be of more help". Indeed an interesting way to do business.

We flew in from Oakland to Burbank. Drew the internet sales manager picked us up from airport with the car we wanted to purchase. Very good experience, good people. Definitely recommend this dealership.

Immediately responded. Sales agent was unprofessional. I provided info that they requested and gave me responses that I'm lying. I went out of my way to help them help me. They responded very poorly. Prices are not market value. Bought somewhere else.

Mark contacted me regarding the vehicle which has been on sale for 60+ days. They wouldn't accept my fair offer. The car is overpriced and way above KBB and market values. Sales manager also followed up via email, I submitted my offer, and still awaiting response.

Didn't exactly answer my question. Asked me questions, even though they weren't necessary or were answered in my original email. Other than that, I appreciate that they are not sending me multiple emails following up and harassing me as another dealership is.

I wish I wish I could give 0 Stars. After a number of texts and e-mails back and forth, and a set appointment time, the vehicle wasn't ready for test drive. It was buried four deep in the showroom. Terrible.

The person that I was suppose to talk to was in a middle of a sale but he had another sales man and his assistant help me. The assistant took me on the test drive. She was very helpful and knowledgeablemight add very beautiful.

Shame On Century West BMW! The salesman, Sales Manager, and the Finance Manager were not honest with me and all three were unable to explain why the final contract numbers did not add up. They attempted to hide $4,911 in the final sale price. I couldn't leave fast enough.

Car's transmission type was listed incorrectly. The vehicle turned out to be an automatic and I was looking specifically for a manual. It should be noted that the dealer's website did list the car's transmission correctly.

I was flooded by e-mails from this dealership, from multiple different people (Cesar, Mark, Brian, and Joseph). I have received no less than ten e-mails alone from Mark, and all in less than a month! This was not hassle-free!

Being that this was the first time purchasing a car online, Century West BMW online process was better than I expected and I will definitely purchase from this Dealer again. The process went smoothly from purchase, finance to delivery, I could not ask for anything more. I am a satisfied customer and will definitely tell my friends. Everyone was very professional and accommodating, especially when I had questions.

I went and test drove a car here, but did not buy it. The salesman was nice enough, but they weren't very flexible on the price they wanted and the car had a few chips and scratches on it.
