These guys REALLY dropped the ball. Terrible communication. Low balled me on my trade in. Screwed up the mileage on the car they were selling. Screwed up the price of the car they were selling. Tried to charge me $37 for a NYS inspection that cost $21. $2777 in reconditioning fees and admin fees. That were not included in the price of the car. I was in the process of buying a car, was supposed to get called Monday with final details and at 2pm on Monday I got a TEXT that they had sold the car. I will NEVER "work" with this dealership again!

Yes. Very responsive. Just not the full option pkg my wife is looking for. Missing the sun roof. other wise perfect.
