They were great

This is the WORST dealership I have ever dealt with and I would give this negative stars if possible. The manager tried to low ball me on my trade in for a cleaning expense when NO ONE else has ever deducted from the trade in. I have bought enough cars to realize this is a numbers game but the attitude was appalling. I have great credit and the manager tried to give me a song and dance about the interest rate that I know I would not have ended up with because I do my research prior to buying a car. The dealership looked dated and the desk chairs were falling apart which implies if you do not take pride in your dealership then you do not take pride in the product you sell. I have many more issues with this establishment.

Not bad, but they didn't seem very receptive to working over the phone and email. I live a couple hours away so I was trying to negotiate as much as could before taking a day to go to the dealership. I had a hard time getting answers on whether or not they would take my trade.
