Could not have been better! As a single mom, I often get the "Little Lady" treatment from male sales reps, and the "I know more than you do" from female sales reps. This WHC experience was just what I was looking for! From my sales rep Patrick, to the Finance manager Bill, everyone was tremendously helpful, gave me good tips and pointers, respected my own knowledge, and were sensitive to my time and budget challenges with buying at this time. The truck was just what I was looking for, but after reviewing the timing on my purchase, I decided to wait just a bit longer and Bill (Finance) was extremely supportive and offered additional tips to help me when I find myself ready to purchase. Patrick (Sales Rep) was very knowledgeable, pleasantly friendly (not overbearing) and did not offer unsolicited advice or try to get me into a 'different" model. They clearly knew my "type" as a buyer and I truly appreciated that. When I am ready to buy, WCH will be the place I will make my purchase!

I sent one inquiry asking if the car was on the lot and got several emails, from three different people and then was added on a mailing list. They are aggressive: wanted to set up a time to drive the car, and were pushy. This was annoying so I didn't even look at the car offered.

My wife and I bought a 2017 Honda civic hatchback exp with navagation. We were at the dealership at 7pm on a Wednesday left the dealership at 10:45 pm 3hours and 45 mins later. Did not get to look the car over because it was dark. My wife works until 5:30 every day so we didn't get to look the car over until Saturday found all kinds of adhesive from shipping 6 months prior to the sale give or take a few days also found a very small burn mark on the driver side mirror holder (that connects the mirror to the car) anyway maybe at most 200 hundred dollar part and they refused to fix the problem said that we had the car Thursday, Friday, Saturday and that it's more likely for the 3 days we had the car that it happened not the 7 months it set on their lot anyway its obvious that they wont fix a 200 hundred dollars part to make sure a customer that just spent 28 thousand is happy. By the way neither me nor my wife smoke. Any that proves to me that they DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AFTER THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. So please read all reviews on this dealership not just this website but others too. I wish I had. Thank you for your time.

corresponded thruout the day and set up a VIP appointment to see the vehicle and drive it . Drove over 1 1/2 hrs in St. Louis Traffic to find my VIP name on a board, but no car to look at. I was very disappointed in this dealership considering I had an appointment and they had plenty of time to reschedule if they did not have the vehicle on the lot. Will never return to this dealership and will never and I mean never tell anyone to go there. In fact will tell everyone I know looking for a vehicle to stay away from this dealership. So my experience was horrible. they do not even rate 1 star... but it will not let me say none so I have to give them a 1 but they deserve no stars.

Awful experience. I called before we left but when we arrived the car had been magically sold 3 hours previous. I explained that we had a long drive and didn't want to make the drive if the car wasn't available. 1.5 hours in the car with a grouchy 7 year old only to get the runaround was really frustrating. The wide grinning salesman was sure happy to sell me a different car though! I don't know if it was purposeful or just incompetence but either way I won't be going back and have nothing good to say about this dealership. I hate that I have to give them a single star.

The dealership advertises One Price for the vehicle I was interested in. When I got the dealership to see and test drive the advertised vehicle, it was a different price than advertised but the same car same options and color. The dealership mileads customers in their ads to get you in the facility and the make excuses and try to sell you something you don't want. I do not find this dealership honest neither operate with integrity.

They were rude, seemed like I was wasting there time just being there, super pushy and I came in there saying what financing company I wanted because I was already approved and yet they ran my credit 17 freaking times!...... No it is on the dealer when the customer already signed the paperwork and leaves goes on vacation for two weeks, to come back and get a voicemail saying you screwed up the paperwork and you want to raise the interest rate. Then when i finally get paperwork and go to dmv and the saftey and emissions was expired. so take it back and they fail it on saftey cuz a small crack that was prolly already on the car when i bought it. So i had to take it somewhere to get it passed.BIG WASTE OF TIME. ON YOU NOT BANK Lets just see if i actually get the check that you were supposed to send for all the fines i had to pay..

Dealer contacted me and I informed Natalie that my family was coming out to the dealership to look at the car. We were ready to make a sale. When we got there, I asked for her and another salesperson went to retrieve her. He came back stating that he thinks the car has been sold, and tried to encourage my interest in something else. I was livid! I drove over 20 miles to see this car, no one had the decency to contact me and tell me and Natalie, being the coward she was, never came out of her office to face me. This was a regular bait and switch move that I do not appreciate! They lost a sale that day and I don't recommend anyone purchasing cars from West County Honda, especially if you have to deal with Natalie!

Dirty car and rushed. The sales rep was nice but........ They need a lot of work!!!!!!

Very unprofessional. They knew i was coming, didn't have the car ready. I had to wait for a tech to gas it up. The tech decided his lunch was more important than my time, went through the drive thru for his lunch, then the car smelled of food. All while I waited. The techs walk through the front of the dealership looking like they are on leave from county jail. The sales rep didn't know much about the car. Even though I have told them of my experience and that i bought elsewhere, I have been called twice called twice to "see if I'm interested in the car" which means they also have a communication problem.

Agreed on a sale price, then the owner changed his mind. I wish they would of done this before I filled out finacing paper work. Each time your credit score is pulled it lowers it. Some of us like keeping our good credit. Thanks Buddy!
