I made an inquiry with Jim Butler Chevrolet about the Malibu around 10 PM and was contacted Jen from the dealership within an hour. I live in New Orleans, Jen and Scott from Jim Butler Chevrolet were very helpful about working with me, describing the car and sending pictures to me. I flew up within a few days and was picked up by Mike from the dealership at the airport. The 2017 Malibu hybrid I purchased from them was just as they described it and looked like a brand new car even though it had been a loaner for 3600 miles. I feel like I got a great deal on the car better than I found anywhere else.This was by far the easiest and best car buying experience I have had. Scott, Tara, Mike and everybody at Jim Butler Chevrolet went out of their way to help me and make this a great experience.

I had an appointment to go drive and work a deal on a 2014 Charger. I am 110 miles from the dealership and couldn't get there until a Saturday. They sent the car with another customer for a weekend test drive on the Saturday afternoon I was coming to see the vehicle. Not cool.

I test drove a vehicle I thought I would really like, however it turned out differently. However, the dealer staff members were wonderful. They searched their inventory for other vehicles based on my interests. They were honest and helpful.

was looking for a corvette the have a 2006 and was asking 29900, i was trading a 2012 regal with 27000 miles, the offered 15000, my counter was 27,700 and 16500, it didn't happen a couple days later i bought a 2012 for 33000, the still have the vette, now at 27900; i guess we both got what we wanted, i got the vette i want and the still have the vette they wanted
