The only reason that other dealers are willing to "help you out" is because they have set their price too high to begin with.  We give you our best offer, up front, which most folks seem to appreciate.  I'm sorry we weren't able to come to an agreement, but please don't hold it against us that we tried to give you our best deal without wasting your time by playing games.

Very unorganized communication. I inquired about test driving a vehicle via email and when I arrived to the dealership the car was not located right away. I was then told that it was in the service shop with the hood up and that there was no technician around to give an answer as to why it was in the shop. Wasted my time so I will not waste my money there.

The person that I spoke with was very helpful, however I was uncomfortable when we were test driving the car. The air conditioning on the vehicle was not charged properly so halfway through the drive we were sweating and hot. And the sales rep had made a comment about "internationals" being bad drivers. I do not feel comfortable with this comment as I doubt they would have said that to me if I wasn't white...

I reached out thur the internet posting, sent message requesting more information, Was given a call and a follow up call. I searched other sites and did not get no where near the offer I got from Jim Schmitt Chevrolet. The most professional, friendly and caring people from the front door all the thru the entire process. Great place will make sure to view this lot on any other purchase I make. P.S. the lot , building, environment is very very clean as well.

Dealer did contact me the same day and the car was still available. I drove for an hour to get there and was told the car was gone since last night. Needless to say I was not a happy camper at all. So I ask to see the other Captiva and didn't have any. They had my cell # and didn't bother to call me before hand. Offered me other SUV's that I wasn't interested in. So disappointed so I left. Five minutes later he called my cell then and said sorry. They could of offered to fill my tank up for misleading me and on CarGurus. I did my home work before I made the road trip. If the car's are no longer around to sell be HONEST. like me. I would never go look at a car there again . So done after this.

I asked for the car fax twice on this vehicle and the dealership would not provide it. They stated the car was bought at an auction and that the car was previously a rental vehicle and was in an accident. The dealership stated they did not have the ability to obtain any details on the extent of the damages related to the accident. I may have a misunderstanding about car fax but I thought the extent of damages a car sustains in an accident should be obtainable from the car fax. I walked away from this deal and bought an Equinox at another dealership.

1) We provide Auto Check reports and most certainly were willing to provide you with one of those.  If you wanted the CarFax brand, that is not a service we offer, as it would be a bit redundant to offer both it and Auto Check.  2) Reports such as these are highly variable in the extent of detail they provide.  If the vehicle were in an accident, this would only show up if the local police and/or insurance companies reported the accident to Auto Check.  This, clearly, is not our doing, is beyond our control, and should not reflect on our dealership in the least.  Perhaps you should contact the

The person who helped me is not a car salesman. He would only engage in conversation when I asked questions. I felt like he was just going thorough the motions till I left. I felt like he had already made up his mind that I was not a buyer. When did dealership let salesman wear shorts? I really looked forward to driving a Corvette for the first time. This experience really killed it for me.

I was Contacted by someone named Jill, who said the the vehicle was available , we set up a appointment for me to test drive the car, I then received a call from her stating that the car had been sold..A hold should have been placed on the vehicle until i arrived.....

they worked very hard....to get me a car... but in the scheme of things it just didnt work out the staff was not at all overbearing...i felt like anything they could do...they were willing to do...but the figures on my present car...well it just couldnt be. whwn im in the market i will certainly contact these people...

I went several months ago to look at a vehicle I had seen online. At the time, I got my loan through a credit union and the dealership needed me to get a bill of sale, just in case I decided to pay it that day. However, I was not told that the price was locked in and I didn't even get to negotiate. I bought the car, and cried while doing so. My boyfriend told me I would be the only person so upset buying their first car. My experience was nothing great at all. The car salesman acted like I was a bother to him, and was actually very rude. Considering this was my first car purchase, by myself, this was a nightmare. I could be wrong and the other car salesmen could be great-- mine was not. Of course, I did not have to buy a vehicle from this dealership, but I felt pressured and just so unsure of things. I did like the vehicle, but definitely should have walked away. I ended up traded the vehicle I bought from Jack's in elsewhere and got the best service/experience ever and the best vehicle for me. It is unfortunate but I would not recommend.

I live in missouri which requires state an emissions, this dealer took care of me and let me get it passed in missouri before even talking numbers. Since its a brand new dealer they are giving rates that are below fair market value or right at which is hard to find now days. They def have my business for life.

I've bought a lot of cars and have never found a dealership that was more easy to work with. No high pressure salesmen, answered all my questions, and actually talked to me about the vehicle and not just my husband. Looking to buy another car in about a year and they will definitely get the first opportunity to get my business. Would rate them a 10 star if I could!
