I received a packet of information on the vehicle via email from my online inquiry. Then I followed up via phone call to check availability and went to see it in person. The sales staff was easy to work with and I did ultimately purchase the vehicle.

Vehicle was not available.. looked at another vehicle online price was 4,000 dollars higher. I was told it was due to fees and upgrades on the vehicle. I was told I could not speak with a finance manager because there was no deal in place

Waiting on the second key for vehicle I feel that a limited service could have also been extended with the purchase of the vehicle.

BEWARE of hidden fees. They wanted to imposed a mandatory " theft protection plan" in case your vehicle get stolen. Which in my case makes no sense to pay extra $600-$700 for it, when my auto insurance covers it. Also the have a $1,000 mandatory "document fee". Why should I pay so much money just for having them enter my basic information in a computer system. I asked to lower the documents fee and eliminated the theft protection plan and they said it's mandatory and refused to negotiate. The vehicle was an OLD 2012 toyota rav4 that the front headlights weren't even polished and clear.
