Very good. Vehicle was one year too old.

I received a packet of information on the vehicle via email from my online inquiry. Then I followed up via phone call to check availability and went to see it in person. The sales staff was easy to work with and I did ultimately purchase the vehicle.

Absolutely good dealer and excellent staff. Sales person was very kind and professional. General Manager was a very good person and has been very open about the pricing and negotiation.

Nothing but positive things to say. The sales team I worked with were upfront and extremely helpful. If you dread buying a car these guys may change your opinion.

Car was not in the best shape. The exhaust was rattling and they didn’t want to fix it. They wanted the new buyer to fix it. Also I called and asked for price out the door they told me it was only about 1,299 in fees. When I got there it was over 6,000 in fees. Be careful with their way of marketing it is not honest.

They fixed the main issues free of charge after the pre-purchase inspection. Car runs pretty well.

Contacted the dealership through CarGurus. Said that they would work with me even though my credit was not good. Kept telling me they would work with me to purchase a specific vehicle and then they raised the price. I kept calling and messaging through CarGurus and all I got was the runaround. I informed them I live 2 hours away but they still insisted they would work with me and never communicated properly. They took all my necessary information and said I was approved but still never contacted me. All I asked for was good communication and to tell me if they do or do not want to sell me a vehicle. This whole ordeal went on for almost 2 months and then they sell the vehicle someone else. Please be mindful that most of the dealerships like this do not follow through in my opinion.
