Very good. Vehicle was one year too old.

I received a packet of information on the vehicle via email from my online inquiry. Then I followed up via phone call to check availability and went to see it in person. The sales staff was easy to work with and I did ultimately purchase the vehicle.

Absolutely good dealer and excellent staff. Sales person was very kind and professional. General Manager was a very good person and has been very open about the pricing and negotiation.

I requested information on this traverse but was told the vehicle is not longer available,however it is still available online.Why???

Our Audi A6 and A3 purchases was done remotely, but staff did and outstanding job in assisting with my purchase every step of the process. Vehicles were found to be in great condition after pre-purchase inspection was performed. The staff were always timely in there response to get back with you when ever there were questions concerning the purchase. They also worked hard to get you the best possible percentage rate based on your credit history. The Cartopia staff provided and overall great experience.

They fixed the main issues free of charge after the pre-purchase inspection. Car runs pretty well.

They made me wait 30min for the car and the car wasn't at all detailed. Beer cans were still in the back seat and the steering wheel was sticky. Never again
