Horrible Experience today! Went to the dealer last week looking to purchase a vehicle and had a GREAT experience working with Tristian. We stayed in communication over the week regarding a few things I wanted to review when I came back. Today after negotiating for an hour, we hammered out what I believed was a final deal only to find out they said we no longer had a deal. Stay away from this Dealership - Only gave them a 1 star due to the great service from Tristan

Took a test drive with one of the sales women who was very nice and understanding. After a test drive, Stephanie the manager was EXTREMELY pushy for me to take the vehicle SAME DAY within minutes of shaking my hand. Wasn’t willing to negotiate a deal, and reluctant to show me all the numbers for me to see to consider a deal. I been looking for a new car for weeks and this was my worst sales experience. Car was nice, but sales manager pushed me off the cliff.

Very happy with this dealership. They were very helpful and accommodating. Both the salesman and the finance department. They went out of their way to complete the deal when I had paperwork mixups on my end

The 2023 Toyota Tacoma and another Tacoma with low mileage I was interested in were not on their lot. We were told they are loaners and shouldn't have been listed. Sounds like bait and switch to me.
