Good overall experience.

After speaking over the phone multiple times, I drove 2 hrs to find out the truck did not have the same tires as clearly highlighted in the pictures. There were also other obvious damaged items on the truck that were not brought up in phone conversations. We left within 5 minutes of seeing the truck and when told they couldn't make the truck as advertised.

contacted me almost immediately after I sent a message. thru conversation I locked up a car in transit and will purchase when it arrives.

The staff was very friendly but I believe they were trying to do the bait and switch with this truck. I contacted them within minutes of it hitting the internet and got the typical "its already sold" speech but of course they had a different vehicle meeting my wants and needs but at a much more hefty price tag. There is no way that a running/driving 2014 diesel truck will sell for $9,950. Like I said the staff was very friendly and I believe they truly wanted to put me in a vehicle but just not the one I was interested in since it was already sold.

I bought the Chevy, no pressure applied.

The salesman was great, but the car had a lot of issues that weren't described in the listing. The car never should have been offered for retail sale -- it should have been wholesaled to a buy here/pay here lot. It was in rough shape, despite looking good in the photos.
