They worked hard to make me comfortable. It turned out the car I was interested in sold before I could purchase it, but they were quick to answer my questions clearly and transparently. When I asked them for a final price after taxes, tags, etc., they gave me an answer to the penny where other dealers hemmed and hawed and wouldn't give me a straight answer. Had my chosen car been available, I would have driven 300 miles to do business with them, and I still would if they get the right vehicle for me again.

Worse experience, had Kevon Cole, car was priced at $25k, I signed the purchase agreement, and next day he said they made a mistake and they want $39k They made me fill up a back group check form and took my driver's license photo and took my credit card information and never confirmed that they discard my personal information. Stay away

Disappointed that the listed car had been sold over a month ago but was still being advertised, but I spoke in depth with Lila over the phone. She explained the differences in packages and associated costs. She was able to give me a rough idea of what the car I wanted would cost if it came in. By far the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership and I have the text messages to prove it. I recommend no one go to this dealership because there liars and thieves. I ask them to match a deal I had on a tundra platinum with another dealership because advantage had the color I wanted and told them all the information. I was on the phone all day with the sales woman, meanwhile I am at work working construction all day. They finally say they can match the deal. I said I am working 14hrs but will ask my boss to leave early and sign the paperwork. I rush over to advantage toyota in the dead of rush hour. When I get there they greet me and show me the truck, everything seems perfect. Then we sit down and go over finances. I take my credit card out ready to hand over and the sales woman says the manager made a mistake and never put taxes and fees in the deal. Remember I have been talking to this woman all day about the deal no way there was a mistake.
