My encounter with their sales representative, Dino, was nothing short of disappointing and dishonest. During the purchase process, Dino insisted I leave the dealership to inspect the car later, under the guise of better lighting conditions. However, upon closer inspection at home, I discovered several scratches and defects that were conveniently left undisclosed. When I brought these issues to Dino’s attention, they shockingly denied responsibility and attempted to shift the blame onto me. This deceitful behavior is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the integrity of Avondale Toyota. It’s clear that their priority lies in making a sale, even if it means deceiving customers into accepting defective vehicles. I urge potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with Avondale

Online team sent automated reply. Did not answer my questions. I called the dealership and purchased, after speaking with a salesperson from the floor. The online team just continued to send automated replies. Never felt like I was dealing with an actual person.

Never told me about the $5000 mark up or the dealer add on that brought the price of the truck to $64,009.

This dealership is top notch. I was a an online out of state buyer and Dean was "my guy". They were super reasonable on pricing and made sure I got the beat deal. Also was super patient while I arranged my transport for the vehicle. Everything was super convenient and they were really good with communication and making sure i was at peace of mind with my purchase. Honestly i can't say enough positive things about them. What are you waiting for, get in contact with them and they will make sure your satisfied!
