Terrible terrible dealersJeep's abysmal customer service and outrageous pricing make it a dealership I strongly recommend avoiding. From the moment I stepped onto their lot, I was bombarded by aggressive salespeople who wouldn't take "no" for an answer. Even after repeatedly stating I wasn't interested in their overpriced inventory, the calls and texts continued for weeks, making me feel harassed and uncomfortable. Their prices are simply absurd. For example, they were attempting to sell a used 2021 Macan for a price that could easily buy a brand new one at a Porsche dealership. This blatant disregard for fair pricing demonstrates their lack of respect for customers and their willingness to exploit them for profit. It's insulting to think they believe anyone would fall for such a ridiculous markup. Overall, my experience at City Jeep was nothing short of a nightmare.
