RAM dealerships near me (Sanford, NC)

They gave me and send me links regarding more vehicles, very customer care oriented

I still have not gotten a satisfactory answer regarding this vehicle. I was initially told the vehicle didn't meet dealer standards and was no longer for sale. But as of today (May 5th), the vehicle is still on the dealer's and other car websites showing it's for sale. If the vehicle is no longer for sale, why would the dealer not remove it from the websites? Also, since I inquired about the vehicle shortly after it was listed, if it didn't meet standards, maybe it wasn't thoroughly checked out prior to posting? I have heard nothing else from the dealer concerning this vehicle. And I physically visited the lot in Lillington NC to see if the vehicle was present but didn't see it.

Wasn’t what I was looking for but they were nice.

Initial test drive and conversation with sales person. Explained I wanted to go through my bank went through the whole night with that being what I wanted. When we went to sigh contract they told us that they had signed us with a different bank at a much higher interest rate. And they answered our Dodge Survey to fit what they wanted to said. I feel they did this knowing how upset I was with their dishonesty. They gave themselves a 10. With all this said we bought the car and will never do business with this dealership ever again and warm everyone I can about how dishonest they are!!!

Followed up quickly. Did a great job and gave me a fair deal.

I don't have an negotiation experience just yet due to personal issues....but they do keep in contact and don't seem pushy or shady...that's the only reason why it's 4stars
