Dealerships near me (Sanford, NC)

I don't like to leave negative reviews, so I hope 3 stars is neutral. I received 2 generic responses, not specific to my question about car. They seemed to be auto replies.

The salesman Trey was great, but he was limited in what he could negotiate. There was only one FOB and the warranty repair offered had to be done at that dealership. They offered to have someone come to my house to program a new FOB if I bought one. There was also a question about a repair I couldn't get an answer too. I'm not sure I would've lost almost an $40k sale over $120.00 FOB. I bought another RX 350 the next day from another dealership with two FOBs and free service for the next 2 years and it was Lexus Certified.

The dealer was honest and let me know the vehicle was no longer available. They invited me to go to their website and look at comparable vehicles.

I came all the way from Raleigh to figure out the internet prices are not the real prices. The prices at the dealership there are +3000 USD. When I asked for clarification, I was told the internet price is only for who’s financing- which implies higher price anyway because of the interests.

I did not purchase this particular vehicle but I’m working with Mr. Reggie and Sofia and they are AWESOME. I’ve never had two individuals work as hard as they are. I don’t feel like a customer I feel more like a family member to them!!!!! Even if my deal fell through I would still feel the same. I’m definitely sending everyone I know from SC that way!!!!!!

Very punctual accurate on the description of the vehicle. Picked it up with no issues. The only bad is brand new tire should’ve been put on all the way around the vehicle. The tires in the rear are shot. But overall great experience and great crew.
