RAM dealerships near me (Boston, MA)

Customer service was fantastic. Luis was very knowledgeable and helpful. Vehicle priced fair.

I worked with a salesman Josh and the service manager Josh for approximately a week and a half when I got down to the dealership the vehicle was not there for that price. They made a mistake on there pricing so I drove back-and-forth three hours time during the day that I did not have to waste so I walked out of there. The deal was supposed to be no money down and then they asked for 20 grand when I got there to me that’s a bait switch and there was no response afterwards so I would never shop for them again or I would wish that no one else would go through that experience again sorry for the review but it’s the truth.

A mostly strait forward buying experience. Friendly staff and there wasn’t much back and forth. It’s a small dealership , around over 60 years and could use some modernization. I only deducted a star as the paperwork / pickup could have been more efficient. Unlike other dealers they don’t have onsite registry plate services so I needed to swing by a couple days later to pick up my vehicle

Clean process and helpful staff

Set an appt two days prior drove 2 hours only to be told the car was sold and get this the ad is STILL UP. Classic bait and switch shady garbage tactics they tried selling me on some dodge trash

Jill was great!! She helped us through the whole process

My visit went well smooth and quick

I was very interested in this vehicle. I was told it will be held for me then I received a call when I was on my way and they told me it’s sold. I was very disappointed. I do not recommend this dealership at all.

Dealership never reached back out to me

Fast response. Vehicle was clean and waiting out front when I arrived. Harvey and Ryan were helpful and upbeat. I did not purchase the new to me vehicle, no fault of Planet’s, because it did not fit my needs.
