About 10,000$ worth of fees on top whatever they list the price as. Not a single good deal they are just trying to get you in the door. Also takes days to respond to emails and they send automated messages out claiming theyve been calling you even if they dont have your number.

Overall it was an ok experience, nice salesperson and Sales Manger, but their pricing policies leave a lot to be desired. On most car search engines there's no mention of their "Empire Loyalty" discount which you would have had to buy a car from their dealer network in the past 12 months to get $2k off the 'real' price. Once you add that back in, which almost everyone will have to, the pricing is higher than most dealers.

Great attention and timely response. Unfortunately, car sold before I could make trip to see and purchase the car. They are still kind enough to remain in contact and let me know of their new inventory

Too many semantical games with the price. The price on CarGurus is not the price of the car unless A+B occur. A) you must do financing through one of their selected financing companies, and B) you must have been a prior customer of theirs to get the pricing depicted in CarGurus. This is false advertising.

Horrible offered what they priced it at gave a $500 deposit haven't heard from the sales manager wouldn't give me a sales contract 10 times I asked in text with the agent who was Andy I called for this service for themselves manager and I can't get a hold of them or they send me to Andy that I was all I have a $25,000 check for them all I wanted to do was buy a truck and have some paperwork sent to me so I didn't show up blind I ended up having to cancel my train ticket and now I can't get anybody to respond about my $500 deposit Finance guy speaks to me and I said told him I could have just came here with a bank check I want to tell you all will it would have been a lot more money it's like I do what you had it priced at the old reviews still happening
