We purchased a Porsche Macan from out of state. We worked with Szymon, who was great. They fairly valued our trade and made the whole process quick and easy. The finance manager Tony was also great. Very pleasant staff who made me feel welcome at the dealership. I was in and out in less than an hour. 5 stars.

Very prompt and helpful

The salesman was nice enough, but I got such a run around when it came time to finance. They were going to give me $2,000 trade-in credit for my current car, then came back saying that wouldn't work, but if we took the trade-in off they could absolutely make it work. Came back again to let me know the GM finacing they used wouldn't approve me without a trade-in, but they were working on it. Came back a 3rd time to ask if I could come up with "even just another $1,000 to $1,500" to add to the $1,500 I planned to use for a down payment - for a vehicle under $10k, absolutely not. Came back a FOURTH time to question why I had TWO open car loans in my name, after I had already explained to them I still owed some on my current car and that I was the CO-SIGNER on my DAD'S car. Came back the last time with both sets of keys for my current car and said they couldn't finance me. It was a wasted 3 hour round trip drive.
