We first worked with Brenna Walant, Internet Sales Specialist, on our initial inquiry and she provided excellent service answering all of our questions in a timely manner. We then worked with Nick Perkins in sales and he was excellent all around: communication, fast response, knowledge of the vehicle, etc. We feel that he got us the best price possible, was extremely helpful, and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. Highly recommend Nick as a salesman plus Napleton Rockford on Perryville as a dealership. Everyone treated us with great respect/kindness and made the purchasing process very easy! Thank you!!

We never had an opportunity to reach a negotiated price on the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing seeing the vehicle was accidently priced below what they were willing to sell it at. Accidents do happen and I truly respect the integrity shown & demonstrated by the used car sales manager (Gary Judd) to rectify the issue. If I personally lived in Illinois, I wouldn't think twice about buying a vehicle from this dealership as its five star rating speaks for itself.

Napleton Autowerks was easy to work with. I contacted them and spoke with Jackie. Since I didn't live in the area, I asked her to look at the vehicle as a perspective buyer and give me her honest opinion. She advised of some minor scratches, went over the inspection sheet and said the vehicle was in excellent shape. We drove two hours, took a test drive and after some minor haggling about the price, purchased the vehicle. The salesman, Mike Fischer, was great. Very easy going! Overall I gave Napleton 4 stars. The only thing I didn't care for was an $885 fee associated with prepping the vehicle, which I wasn't aware of, but we were still able to make an acceptable deal.

Yes, responsive. The advertised price did not include an upcharge for a safety check, this is a bit deceiving, were ultimately (after several trips to the "Manager"), come to an agreement on the price and we drove the vehicle home that day. Dex, the salesperson was pleasant to work with. So far so good with the vehicle.

Bad response times. Add almost 10% to the price of the car for a fee that is the cost of doing business for any dealer. Also advertised car as accident free. But at first glance could see it was struck in front and repaired poorly. Would not recommend to anyone else.

Very good. They had a $665 fee that I was unaware of but we were able to negotiate the deal I was looking for. It also took awhile to get all the paper work complete but that was expected. Love the vehicle.

They added a service charge of almost $700.00 to the deal at the 11th hour of the negotiations hoping I would not notice the extra charge. Pretty shady move on their part. Will never go back to the dealership. It is TRUE what they say about USED CAR SALESMAN.
