Excellent service and I purchased the car

I was really looking forward to checking out this place because I loved the mileage on the car. However, when I arrived I realized the pictures on the website were not the same. The car had so much hail damage and scratches throughout the car. In fact almost every car had hail damage and other damages to the vehicles. The saleswoman who “helped” me knew almost nothing about any of the vehicles. Not to mention when I was shown other cars I was told by the salesperson that they would be right back to show me the other vehicle. They never came back and I waited for almost an hour. All the cars were dirty on the inside and if not had hail damage. It was sad because the person who sent me emails and answered the phone was super helpful and nice but unfortunately their salesperson was not.

Didn’t buy from them but were quick to respond and get back to me right away.

Buying a car from AutoNation NRH was a very easy process. Sales associates were very helpful and the finance department was very courteous. Overall the experience was outstanding.
