The contact was delayed and disjointed, we'd be handed off to different reps and there wasn't much discussion of the car we wanted: just efforts to involve us in a general car buying conversation. The contacts continued after I explained that we'd already purchase another vehicle from someone else. We did get an offer to ship it, early on, which was a deal-crucial thing for us. So - mediocre.

Very good experience. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Vey fast process. Definitely no complaints.

Dealer made appointment to go see car. Drive 2 hours to see car. Car was sold before I arrived. No phone call.

Called to inquire about this car and make and offer and was told I would get a call back but it never happened.
