I expressed clear interest in purchasing this vehicle and informed the dealership that I was not receiving text messages, and we had to speak through email or phone. (very frustrating. Despite this, I was required to initiate all follow-up communication myself. Ultimately, the vehicle was sold without meaningful engagement or updates. The experience gave the impression that my interest was not taken seriously.

Kelsey was amazing! He was honest and helpful and gave us all of the information that we needed. There aren’t many dealers like this one.
