This is my first car, and I am so thankful and happy with semos and his coworkers at Lynne's Hyundai. They made it possible for us to have our car. They made it stress free. I didn't have any type of issues. Semos made sure I got what made my children and myself happy. Also everyone there are very respectful and kind. They made sure my children weren't board and even allow my 4 and 6 year old look at cars like if they were the ones buy their own cars. They made it fun and definitely recommend for you to go and get yours there. Thank you guys again and may God bless you all.

They contacted me the day before my appointment no less than three times to say they were happy to see me tomorrow and looking forward to that, etc. and then the next day I get there and they told me the car was sold. It wasn’t very close to my house, I had to use the car that wasn’t safe because that’s why I’m buying another car and I got there on time and then I was sold that. I could’ve used the phone call very perfunctory, apologies and then wanting to show me other cars I could not recognize that I was upset .

Worst buying experience ever. This dealer does nothing but feed you LIE AFTER LIE. This place was horrible.They completely wasted my time. Liars when it comes to cars availability. Dealer states car is available. I made an appointment to go see a specific car that seemed to be in good condition on the website. I called 2 hours before we got there to make sure they still had the exact car to be seen. Sure enough we get there and that car which was advertised as on the lot for 28 days needed to be “certified” and was at the service center. (Which is a block away) but we were unable to see it. They then wasted over an hour of our time looking at an overpriced older model or trying to sell is a brand new model. Then when we left tried to “apologize” by calling us from a manager we never saw who wanted to waste our time further. Never go here. They are a bait and switch place and not willing to negotiate at all. I would give Lynnes Nissan the LOWEST possible rating.
