Having purchased maybe 20 cars for personal and business in my life so far, I can honestly say that Tri-County Lexus was the worst dealership that I have ever worked with. Initial purchase was fine, but like so many other reviewers have stated, the follow up is a disaster. I would never purchase a car from these guys again. So disorganized, no plates, still no key I was promised, and being bounced from place to place. They own the Toyota dealership across the highway and don't seem to understand why people would rather buy a Lexus. If you speak to a manager like I did, follow up calls result in surly responses from the phone receptionists. They will also tell you different stories talking themselves into confusion with their own lies. Glad I called from my offices recorded line! Stay away from these guys. They are a joke.

They pulled a hard credit when it was just supposed to be a prequalification.

This dealer was super helpful! They were easy to chat with and really wanted to help me find the car I was looking for.

I would never purchase anything from this dealer. They promised me for a purchase of an infinity and that they would call me the minute it was back from the mechanic. I kept calling and then they sent me an email for review for the car I was waiting for & I called them and was told they had someone there purchasing the car at that minute. I then told the man what happened with my call for the car, and he said oh we forgot. I'll never deal with them.

l like the guys. Seems like an honest place. Car ended up being sold before I could get an offer in. But I wouldn't hesitate to shop with them.

When I arrived at the dealership by appointment, I was shown the Jeep. The inside of the Jeep was never cleaned. It was disgusting inside of it, dog hair all over the place, empty water bottle, the inside of the console was disgusting. When trying to negotiate a price, there is none, but wanted to negotiate my trade in.
