The dealership was highly communicative. Almost daily I heard from them up until the day of the appointment to see and test drive the car. While the building wasn't anything special the staff did a great job. My actual sales rep , Daniel, made an personalized video for me. That alone really sold me on this dealer. The car was in great condition and they filled the gas tank before I left. Overall pretty good experience

Vehicle damage not fully represented online. Salesperson I interacted with was generally unhelpful to the point of indifference. Vehicle has been on the lot since November and sales manager was not willing to discuss any change to price despite vehicle damage (tonneau cover) and age on lot.

Had an appointment to go test drive and they had already sold it and didn’t bother calling me before I got there. Used car manager acted like he didn’t know who I even was although he called me that Friday to tell me oh you are going to like it. They had my number and that could have saved me a trip. Rude
