Lincoln dealerships near me (Burnsville, MN)

Our salesperson (Justin) was friendly and helpful, happy to let us do three test drives and generally poke around the car as much as we wanted. The car was just as described, in nice condition, and priced right. We didn’t finance, so can’t offer an opinion on that, but the F&I guy was friendly and efficient, so paperwork went quickly. All in all a great buying experience!

They did a great job responding to my questions quickly, and didn't apply an overwhelming amount of pressure to buy. I appreciated their making me feel like a valued customer.

My choice would be 0 stars. I will never contact this dealer again. After several emails, scheduling date and time to test drive the vehicle - including one the morning of the meeting, to verify time and availability - I drove 45 minutes to the dealer only to be told the vehicle had sold the day before. At worst, their motivation isseemed to be simply to get a potential buyer in the door. At best, their communication process does not respect the buyer or the buyer's time.

Great place

We were dealing in this truck trying to purchase it and asked for a purchase agreement so we could do the deal before driving one way almost 3 hours, they said they don’t do purchase agreements without coming there so they set us up an appointment to come and we were planning on buying it. We drove the almost 3 hours one way and got there before our appointment time and they told us that they already sold it. We wasted our time and a lot of money in fuel for nothing, completely disappointed in this dealership and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone, very poor business practices.

They reached out and I made an offer with a nice BMW trade. They rejected it with no counter. The car has been on the lot for 220+ days but they are firm on the price right now. They did give me all the information that I requested.

The Whole process was great. The sales man that helped us was great. Would recommend him to anyone. The finance guy was great too.
