Buyer beware! I purchased a GMC Acadia from Burnsville Motors in January. The process felt very semless and convenient as far as purchasing a used car goes. Within the first few days of owning the car a headlight blew, and without question, the service department replaced it as soon as I came in. Three weeks into owning the vehicle: I was driving on the highway with my toddler in the car when all of a sudden the car shut down and stopped running as I was driving. A tow to a nearby auto shop indicated the engine has two holes in it. My experience with this vehicle has been absolutely devisating, to say the least. I'm still working with Burnsville Motors to find a solution on how we can make things right... It has been 3 weeks since i broke down on the highway, and there has been no initiative to help with my vehicle. The company servicing the warranty Burnsville Motors sold me is only going to cover about half the repairs of this vehicle if approved.

The dealership reached out to us and we were able to purchase the van that we got from them. Cam was really easy to work with and was very helpful.

I purchased from all cars and they were great. We'll be going back for our next car I think
