They called me and answered my message very nicely and willing to help me buy the car they had but when I got to them they already sold the car to someone else. I guess business is business sometimes you have to act fast I probably was not.

Response was quick and professional.

We had a deal and they broke it twice. We agreed on a price and then the manager calls me back and said our agreed price was too low. So I agreed to go up $1000 and right away I get a text saying there is another couple looking at the car. I told the salesman to keep it. I would never do business with them.

Received a call back within the same day.

Robin from Rallye called and left a voicemail and then texted. I responded approximately an hour later leaving a voicemail and then sending a text. I heard back from "Robin" 5 days later that the car had a deposit. It is not the first time they played games, but it is the last time I will waste my time with them. There are a lot of other Lexus Dealers in the area don't let Rallye waste your time!
