They have been great and still a possibility I am in the fence about manual bs automatic with shift ability and I am moving to center city and already have a car that needs to be garaged something under $20k might be best as to not worry if it has a scratch . This is my top RS5 choice in the state so far.

Great experience, very professional staff. Called in, spoke with Christa to let her know that we were coming to see the car . As we came in she had the car ready waiting for us and all the info. We were able to talk and negotiate the price so that both parties were happy. They also got us a great finance deal. We want to thank to all involved in this stressful time when you shop for a car but they made it easy and enjoyable. If you're in the market for a car, go and check it out.

I contacted the dealer and the response they gave was it was better to contact Audi for any questions about the type of car I was interested in. I thanked them and said I will move on to another source. I did not get a warm and fuzzy feeling from their response. I do not want any contact from them.

Actual car versus dealer pictures representing the car on the internet are not even remotely close. Dealer pictures show an immaculate car. But the actual car itself is scratched, swirled and dinged. Worse, before I flew from Chicago to Newark to see the car, I specifically asked the salesman to iPhone me pictures of the car. He did so. However, the pictures (9 total) were deliberately taken into the sun so that it was impossible to see the car. Then Lexus said that they would meet or exceed my credit union's financing terms on another car. But Lexus DID NOT meet or exceed those terms. Not even close! Perhaps they should re-read the Lexus Mission Statement hanging on their wall. Lexus cars are excellent cars, but I'm buying my Lexus car from an independent dealer.

Do NOT Go Here! I would not recommend this dealer to any of my friends and family. I found a car online that I thought was everything I wanted. Problem was it was over 3.5 hours round trip to go look at the car. I called the dealer and spoke to RON and asked every question under the sun, so I didn’t drive that far for nothing. I made an appointment with him to check this car out and for test drive. When I got their Ron’s was not there and they told me today’s his day off. I explained to them that I spoke to Ron and made an appointment with him and they are like we do see the appointment in the book. They got this another Salesman (Dave) and I told him that I saw this car online on your website and gave him with VIN #. He was like I don’t see any notes from Ron’s and he was pressuring me by another car and that I had no interested. Ron’s and Dave are liars. THEY WERE REPORTED TO Better Business Bureau AND WERE ALSO SENT A LETTER ABOUT HOW BAD OUR EXPERIENCE WAS AND THEIR WAS NO FOLLOWUP BY THE DEALERSHIP TO EITHER.
