The general manager arranged that I would come see and test drive this car on Friday September 13 at 10AM. After waiting 20 minutes I finally got to see a sales person and I was told the car was delivered and picked up Thursday night the 12th. No one had the decency to advise me and so I drove over an hour and a half for nothing.! My review of one star is only because the sales person was genuine in his apology because he was not aware of the situation until he looked for the car.

I asked to be contacted on a Sunday evening. Obviously dealers are closed at that time so I got the automatic email that said thanks, your request has been received, we’ll contact you soon. Monday morning I receive an email that asks me to unsubscribe because they’ve been trying to call me and if I don’t want to be contacted just unsubscribe. .... without anyone ever contacting me about the car.... just simply asked to please opt out. So I did and that was it

Called me to schedule appointment for the car I wanted to buy without out checking if it's still available. I got an email the day before saying it was sold. Sounds like a typical bait and switch. Just a waste of time.

VERY, VERY SHADEY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I sent a request to this dealer regarding information on a specific vehicle they advertised. I wanted to know if it was available, and that I lived 100 miles from them. I received a generic text stating to come visit there showroom and they were having a big sale. The text never stated what dealership was contacting me. I had sent several other request to other dealers who when replied back identified what dealer they were from. I texted back and had to ask what dealership they were from and that I was only interested in one specific vehicle and asked again if the car was still available? I never received a response back. I sent several other text messages asking for a response. They NEVER replied to my text. Kinda like a bait and switch tactic. I would of really been upset if I had traveled that far to find out they did not have the vehicle.

Very shaky communication. Internet experience was very immature. Car was there then told it was not and then internet chat said it was. GM sent some nice proactive “canned” notes but never responded to questions or concerns I raised.

AVOID! AVOID! VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE HERE.They contacted me and scheduled an appointment for a test drive. When I got there they said "we sold the car". Then I asked why they didn't, at least, call me to let me know so I wouldn't waste my time. They stated "the computer didn't update". What? My appointment was made 3 days prior. They are VERY DISHONEST and very HIGH PRICED. They tried to bait me. AVOID THIS PLACE. Find an honest dealership.

Contacted them, asked about color, etc. (just wanted to confirm the color since no pics of the vehicle was up). I received a disconnected but random email from a manager asking if a sales person had contacted me, he never once asked for the sale. I provided my phone number and availability but no one contacted me. A few days later I received another email asking about my experience, which was weird. Seems like they didn’t want to make a deal. I understand that I don’t live in Brooklyn anymore - but this is the U.S.A and many dealers on CarGurus act like they’re in a different country when contacted by a potential out-of-state buyer. We were ready to make the trip to Brooklyn but decided NOT to chase this dealership.

I reached the dealership and was told that the car had just been sold. I was extremely disappointed. The sales person tried to show me other trade-ins. None of them were the models I was interested in. I sent emails voicing my disappointment. The manager and salesperson responded sympathetically but I have yet to be contacted about any other cars that may work for me.

Car was filthy. Trash on the floors, leather needed cleaning, used tissue in the arm rest compartment, loose front grill. One sales person who was nice but frantically running between customers. I decided to go elsewhere and purchased a car the same day.

Extremely dissatisfied with their service. The vehicle was advertised for one price and the ses rep said it was a mistake after I got the loan and everything. Other smaller dealers I transacted with were more organized. On the other hand, the reception and hospitality​ in house is good

It was very poor. They don't have the car they advertise, ever! It's only when you want to put a deposit on it do they inform you of that fact. Also, they never remove it from their website. After 3 weeks of finding they don't have the car as it was sold or the next time a is under contract/deposit. It's still being advertised.

I traveled about 2 hours to check out a Lexus LS 460 pre owned. When I got there I noticed the 2 front tires were balled , and the inside interior was really beat up pretty bad. I honestly didn't even think that the 2 front tires would pass inspiration. So I asked them if they were willing to replace the 2 front tires and the actually refused. I won't let them taint my entire view on all Lexus dealerships, but this one in particular is really only concerned in making a quick sale and commission.

The dealer promptly followed up with additional information that was requested including the status of the title. I decided not to pursue further due to the impracticality of my living on the west coast and the dealer being located in Brooklyn, NY.

Andre Hooper was fantastic!!! He was my car guide. The whole dealership was professional and impressive. Andre offered a fair price with taxes, and tags. No hidden fees! Unfortunately, I wanted a different color car then they had to offer. I would happily recommend Bay Ridge Lexus and especially Andre to anyone buying a car.

Dealership advised me that the car I was looking for was available and asked me if I could go to the store to see it. I went there right away. When I went there, they told me they can show me better alternate choices. When I insisted that I wanted to see the car I wanted, they took me around and shoed me the car, but car was already sold according to them ! I wasted 5 hours driving back and forth to see the car ! Was disappointed the way dealership wanted me to visit the store to see alternate choice !

Beware of the 795.00 prep fee and the 795.00 bank fee that they don't tell you about, and the car fax is false the car was in a accident There was over spray all inside the door. They are the worst dealer I have ever went to.
