If you are looking for an honest, transparent dealership then I would keep looking elsewhere. I reached out to United Lending Group asking for a carfax and an out the door price. I received a response from Alfred who would not provide any of the requested information, stating that I would need to come in person to the dealership to get the information I'm looking for. I responded back describing that I'm roughly a 2 hour drive away and appreciated transparency and consideration for my situation. No response from Alfred. Lack of transparency is often a method of obscuring unnecessary dealership fees and is almost always at the expense of the car buyer. On another note, Alfred responds to emails using another gentleman's gmail, by the name of Mike. Another red flag for United Lending Group. I would not waste your time or hard earned dollars. Keep looking for transparent, honest, considerate dealers out there.
