I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I reached out on behalf of a friend about a vehicle that had been sitting on the lot for over 60 days. The online price was shown as $29,xxx, but the next day it suddenly changed to $30,xxx. Naturally, I asked about the price change. Instead of providing a professional explanation and continuing the conversation, the manager Tom told me that the dealership would not sell me the car — even if the price drops. His response was emotional, unprofessional, and included personal accusations that had nothing to do with the vehicle purchase. It is completely understandable that dealerships can choose who they do business with, but being disrespectful to a customer simply for asking a common pricing question is unacceptable. I would caution anyone considering doing business here to be prepared for this type of treatment.

Top notch dealer with door to door professionals to work with throughout the process. No gimmicks and honest customer service from the very first inquiry. We drove from the Raleigh NC area and bought my wife’s new van from them and I would highly recommend them. It was definitely worth the extra miles and time.

0 stars. I bought a 2023 BMW 530 xDrive from Koons Tysons BMW and within 24 hours it failed Maryland inspection. BMW of Fairfax then found undisclosed suspension damage, aftermarket parts, and a leaking CV boot … all issues never disclosed and not covered by BMW warranty. Koons eventually agreed to cancel the sale, but this should’ve never happened. Get your own inspection.. do NOT trust theirs…. BUYER BEWARE!

Easy process from start to finish mostly because of the staff treatment. I explained my expectations, set my limits and they were willing to work with me on price. Not every deal happens but I’m thankful this one did and thankful for how polite and helpful the staff was at each part of the process from introductions to test drive, pricing, trade-in, and financing.
