very responsive to the specific vehicle I was looking for

This dealership is a joke. I was told, and can verify, that no vehicle drives off their lot without a $1300 protection plan (door edge guard, locking lug nuts, nitrogen filled tires and an automotive theft insurance. They haven’t even received the car. They don’t have to put all that crap in there…. Also they listed the car at msrp, then when I talk with them the price goes up $3,000 for a market adjusted price. Pretty lame.

Even though we did not purchase here, the salesman was very friendly and helpful.

The one-star for the "sales manager". Didn't say hi or hello. Presented the Out The Door quote with incorrect tax calculation. Lied to the customer that the dealer doc fee was mandated by the government. Lied to the customer that the vehicle had gone through inspection and no warning light or error codes should be found. When the customer noticed the warning light and found 6 error codes, the customer asked what the dealer could do about those error code to ensure vehicle's safety. The "sales manager" ignored the customer's inquiry regarding the error codes. All four tires have less than 5% of tread left. When the customer asked whether it would be a safety concern or not, the "sales manager" replied that Napleton's Valley Hyundai does not replace tires on used vehicles. There's nothing wrong with the brand nor the salesperson. But I can not recommend Napleton's Valley Hyundai due to their "sales manager's" questionable integrity and professionalism.

Manny the salesman was very helpful and patient with my son. Katie in finance was very energetic and professional. Will definitely consider buying from there again.

Darius was awesome. I hadn't planned on average buying a car and was just curious about the hybrid since I already had an escape but regular gas model. The service was excellent and I walked out with a great car.

Told me they wanted an additional $4000 for add ons and then wasted everyones time by dickering for every penny. Played too many games and I just don't feel good about the experience.
