Great experience in purchasing a car

I came into Fred beans Hyundai of Doylestown during my car search. I was not pressed to purchase a car on that specific day, but keith and the entire sales team were too convincing and exceeded my expectations fully. Keith not only helped me with my trade-in but also was able to help me get into a very nice & newer vehicle. Keith followed up with me after I purchased the car to ensure that everything was okay. From the time I stepped into the dealership to the time I left, I was treated like a highly valued customer. I not only appreciated the dealerships transparency but their initiative taken to ensure that I left with a good vehicle, a good price, and a good feeling. Everything was perfect

They are very unprofessional, I test drove this car and when my money was right I texted, emailed several times and didn't get a response. I had to test them and ask them if again if the car was sold and ask them if I should go to another dealership. That's when I got a respond telling me it sold the night I drove it. It took 4 days for someone to respond. Not cool.
