Honda dealerships near me (Waldorf, MD)

Dealer rep answered my first request, but never followed up when I asked additional questions. I eventually bought a car elsewhere.

The manager is very rude he don’t wanna listen anything he just said buy or leave but the sales person was very polite and professional

Mr. Davis was polite and even offered to bring me papers to sign today. However, I cannot afford the extra $998 service fee you just demanded. I should only have to pay the price you advertise ($21,065). plus the 6% MD sales tax ($2,139) which totals $23,204. I cannot afford more.

Sales person was responsive and helpful. However, the dealer employs questionable tactics by advertising one price but then requires customers to purchase unnecessary “options” to increase msrp by thousands of dollars. Make sure to check reviews as several customers have similar experience. Hendrick’s response to “contact dealers to discuss” is a common theme and is evidence that they are aware of the issue yet continue to participate in misleading customers. Plenty of other dealers in the DMV. Don’t waste time with Hendrick.

Dealing with them was a nightmare. Drove 100 miles for a 11:00 appointment to test drive a car. They were not ready. Couldn’t find the keys to the car for 40 minutes then changed our deal. The car was dirty, not cleaned up. Gave them my license, signed a waver for the test drive and they never gave my license back. Had to pay $44. to get a replacement. They finally mailed my license back after threats but it took 3 weeks. I don’t recommend them at all. What a nightmare !
