I drove to the dealership asking for this car in particular. Frank told me that this car was out for al loan for a couple of hours and I could come back in a couple of hours and look at it. He did not take my name and number so he could call me back To save I was still interested. I told him I was going to go elsewhere and look. He said OK

dealer responded to my initial enquiry. after that, they did not respond to my questions prior to our scheduled meeting. i cancelled appointment.

Communication was great, didn’t purchase a car from them but didn’t feel pressured nor annoyed by constant communication.
