I did not decide to buy the car. However, the sales rep. was helpful.

The salesmen was very good. However, after we drove the car home the battery went dead. It turns out the battery in the car was not comparable with the vehicle. The dealership had to know this as the battery would not hold a charge. We incurred the cost of replacing the battery and the vehicles seems to run fine. However, a dealership should not be selling s vehicle without the correct battery. I did tell the salesperson who said he would take it up with the manager, but we never heard back. It makes one wonder what else this dealership might do.

Our experience was phenomenal. Adam was our sales representative, from the minute I placed the call to end of purchase was nothing but pleasant, all questions were answered and it went smooth and easy.

Tracy was amazing to work with. I bought the car with my daughter who lives in CA and I live in Iowa. We did some Docusign’s and went thru the numbers and agreed on a price and Tracy and Robert took care of the rest!! Highly recommend!!

Great experience

Overall the experience was good. Could’ve been much better. I almost walked out on making the deal. The GM told me that all the preparation work I did in advance using online tools, i.e, Car Gurus, CARFAX, & Capital One for the deal were pointless. In fact, the deal online did not match the deal I made. Salesman & Finance guys were fabulous. Just the deal process wasn’t up to par. But, maybe my expectations were too far ahead of the game.

Price advertised was attractive. After contact, asking for out-the-door price, it was 3k more than the list price arguing pre-installed options and cannot be removed. Could have been more transparent. If they cannot be removed, the advertised price should have included these options. Period.
