I brought this car and dealer was very helpful.

I tried to buy this vehicle and make a deal but they said I had to finance it and they wouldn’t sell it to me at that same price they wanted to raise the price to $3000. That’s bad business I think the dealer ought to have his head examined you can’t do business that way I was gonna buy it for cash, but they wanted. Otherwise I would never buy anything from the dealer if that’s the way they do business

Salesman Tom wasn't interested in selling the car. It's been on their lot for 125 days with 9 price drops and they haven't sold it. The marketing was misleading as well. The CarGurus price listed, according to Tom, was "after a $2k deposit". It has an accident listed on the carfax and paint damage on the driver side front spoiler. All that considered, I made an offer. We were around $2500 apart. He walked away and then returned to say, "there's nothing I can do fo you." No counter offer, no negotiating whatsoever. I was very suprised by this and took my business elsewhere. I'm interested to see how much longer the car continues to sit on the lot.

They were absolutely great and especially my salesman Alex. I got the best car with no problems.

Frustrating. I was pre approved with my Credit Union, drove over an hour to be told Yonkers Honda does not participate with my bank. There’s no participation! You give me the purchase order and I bring you a certified check. He named the banks that they participate with. I have the right to bank with whoever I choose. Needless to say I loved the car, I had the pre approved loan from my bank but I was unable to purchase the car because I didn’t apply for a loan with their suggested banks. Did I mention I’m a woman?
