Dealer responded very fast to my inquiry. I live a hour away so made an appt for 1 pm. Didn’t finish until 7 pm. Very busy place- also Memorial Day. Salesman did the best he could juggling us and several other customers. Felt he was honest and straightforward. We pretty much were on our own test driving and checking SUV out. Finance guy was very nice but BE CAREFUL WHEN NEGOTIATING ADDED WARRANTIES! I didn’t realize how he finagled my numbers until I got home and really studied paperwork. Also did not offer GAP which I always get. My bad- wish I could have seen everything beforehand. Happy with my new Pilot and happy with the outcome anyway! Hope this helps someone.
