BEWARE!!!! The online advertised price is about $2K less than actual price! I drove 2 hrs to this dealership expecting to pay advertised price plus tax, title, and license fee only to be told about "other dealer fees" of about $1K for a certified civic. They said they could lower the price a little by removing the certification. NO THANKS!!!! I'll take my business elsewhere!

They were real good in contacting us immediately. The problem was we hesitated to long and someone else bought the car.

Good experience. Car was as advertised. Salesman was helpful. He texted pictures to confirm the condition of the car. The car was "saved" for me until I could arrive to view and drive. Very little pressure to buy.

Great salesman, good dealership, but i have to agree with others, they don't seem to care if they sell the cars or not. Would not budge on the price of the vehicle and hardly any on my trade.

Car at different location, hadn't been mechanically inspected yet. Engine was bad, waste of time. People that answer phones in sales aren't honest. I said I was on my way, would he pull up the car and have it ready. He said yes. When I got to the dealer, he wasn't available; car wasn't even at the location. Very frustrating. Then I got a call from the dealer, "did I want to come in to see the car?" They don't communicate with each other at all.

I scheduled a VIP appointment to test drive the specific car we were interested in buying. The manager even called to confirm the morning of. Upon arrival that evening, they seemed very disorganized AND the car was unavailable for a test drive. They offered to possibly let me see the car, but it was a few exits down the freeway. They wanted me to drive over there with no guarantee I would even be able to look at it because the service center was closed. They did confirm it had not been detailed or cleaned yet and for sure we wouldn't be able to drive it. I had my entire family there with me- my husband and 3 kiddos. We were all super bummed and decided there was NO way they would be getting business from us! The manager there that night didn't seem to care one bit that he inconvenienced us and offered no appology! Terrible service! Our VIP appointment was a joke!

Very shady, dishonest. Called to confirm my requested test drive, then ten minutes before arriving tried calling to state repairs was needed. Followed up a few days later saying that the vehicle is no longer available, sold. Seem uninterested in customer building or selling vehicles.

I asked the salesman for a carfax report so that i could make a sound decision about the vehicle. I ended having to leave aand both the salesman and manager were sitting there talking about nothing for 20 minutes. I was informed it would only take 2 minutes. Whole dealership is nothing but lies. They dont care to help customers.

Very slow and just couldn't, get their act together.....ultimately they lost the car deal because of lack of hustle and lack of organization! I got tired of dealing with them and jerked the deal! I would never buy a car from them!

Everything was great except I made it very clear I don't want my credit ran through a bunch of places. I was told that my credit was only put through 4 places. My credit reflects different, it was ran through way more causing my credit to go down 18 points. I have already received over 7 letters from different places that it was ran through. My credit is very important to me so I'm not very happy about being lied to. Other then that everything was great.

customer service rep set me an appointment to come and to test drive the vehicle. Once my husband and I got there the vehicle had already sold before the appointment was made. The selling salesman was not really friendly. The salesman that I spoke with took my name and number the type of vehicle we were looking for and I never heard a word from him. Maybe this is becasue I was looking for a cash car/used for a teenager. Not much profit for the salesman I guess. You tell me.

I made an appointment to be at the dealership to look at the Tahoe, and Jennifer told me the truck was still there. I get there and the truck had alreaady been sold the week before. Then Ken tried to get me to put $1000 down on another one that I had not even saw yet. Of course I said no. My husband and I looked at the other one and test drove it. Before we even got out of the lot it was making funny noises. I kept asking what is that noise and Ken never answered until I turned off the radio, the a/c and rolled the windows down. My husband immediatley said heck no. No NO NO NO.. So we get back to the lot and Ken is trying to sell me on it anyway. He said that it is the same price as the other I was looking at. But the entire time he was looking at my husband. Ken told me that the truck we just test drove was $9,999. I said that is nowhere near the price of the one I wanted which was $8,491. After all of that he tried to get me to get any kind of SUV from them and handed me his business card. As soon as my husband and I got in the car I threw his card out of the window. So my advice to anyone going to Lute Riley Honda to buy anything new or used that's not a honda...... BE WARE!!!!!!

We live in Graham, TX, which is 3 hours from Richardson. I specifically wanted to see the 2007 Veracruz. I had my Hyundia Santa Fe ready to trade in and make a deal. My husband talked to Regina the day before and said I would be there the next day to look at it. I called that morning 3 times to tell them I was on my way, to make an appointment and even to tell them I was running a little late. I told them it was the 2007 Veracruz I waned to see. Regina was not there- they said she took care of internet sales, so I was directed to another salesman. I told him at the main desk what I had come to see. It wasn't until I was sitting at his desk that he said they didn't have they Veraruz but he had other cars he could show me. I immediately left since a Veracruz was what my husband and I were looking for. I will not trust or go to that place again! I just hope that is not the norm for the other cars on CarGurus. I'm wonderiing if I can trust that the car shown on the internet is realy there.

Try jack me up. The website is $6,491, sales person is $6,997 because the vehicle still under inspection from service, not on lot yet. Not honest means no deal.

After being contact I was told there was more problems with the car than expected so they were gonna take it to dealer auction?? So basiclly you gonna pawn it off on some other person without fixing it? Don't really know how I feel about that one.... good that they didn't sell it to me and happy that I was told there were problems with it!

Went to go see a used volvo there. NONE of their photos matched what the car really looked liked. Destroyed trim on car that was down to the chrome instead of the black coating, tint damaged. It was shocking for a well known dealership
