My experience was horrible. I received a call saying that the truck was available. I got there I was greeted by my salesman Kaiden. He showed me the truck and gave me a little backstory about it. When it comes down to the numbers, they tried to sneak the $20,000 markup in, and if I never asked what it was for he was never going to tell me. After that fiasco, they ran my credit but couldn't pull my co-signer's credit, well me and my co signer do not have the same address on our credit file. I tried to explain that to him and he proceeded to tell me that it shouldn't matter. So long story short I never purchased the overpriced truck. Thank goodness I did not; I would rather use a $20,000 sum somewhere else instead of adding dead equity to a truck, all because I can't wait until October for the truck to be released.

never got a call back or an email

Had a salesman call me and mentioned that the vehicle had sold that morning. He ask me if I would be interested in another vehicle, I said no thanks. I was just interested in that vehicle, he laughed at me. They some lack of communication between a lady from another department, because she kept calling and texting me about the vehicle. Told her that the salesman said that it had sold, she said that they still had it.. Now I’ve had two different sales managers reach out to me..

Great customer service

The worse dealership that I have ever experienced. I contacted this dealership 3 times through its own website, plus through carfax, cargurus, cars.com and autotrader. No one ever contacted me back.
