Bought my car here. Kevin very kind and patient. No pressure. Always answered my calls after sale. Finance guy Oscar gave me a good rate. They should have a concierge service to deliver for customers who buy from 50 miles away, though.

Salesman called and setup appointment next day. We arrived and car was ready to take for a test drive. In the end, we did not purchase the vehicle but the salesman nor the salesman ager were pushy at all. Overall a great experience and will shop here again.

I am looking for a white Honda Ridgeline RTL certified used truck and am casting my net far to get what I want. A sales person responded to my internet inquiry asking when I could come down to the dealership. I asked how much shipping would be to Oregon and what their lowest and best price was. She refused to quote shipping after forgetting to answer both on the phone and by email. Their lowest and best price is what is advertised in their ad. The follow-up emails from a manager were polite and asked if I had been taken care of. I did respond there also asking about shipping, but there was no response. In short, if you aren't within driving distance or aren't willing to fly in to pay full price and drive away, save your time.

Where do I start. First the salesman was just horrible, didn't know anything about the car just wanted to sale. I test drove the impala LTZ and it road horrible.

The dealer originally contacted me and I replied back that I wanted the car (just before they closed that evening). I got a response back a day and a half latter, she said she wanted to follow up and make sure her associate, Kevin, got back to me with a response (as she must have been out of the office) and I said NO. Latter that day Kevin sends me an eMail that the car was sold. TOTALLY FRUSTRATED, dealers usually bother you many times to make a sale, but I guess this dealer has enough business that they don't feel the need to make sure they follow up with their potential customers in a timely manner.

First lady responded and wanted my phone number. Ignored bottom price question. I didn't respond. I didn't hear back. Brad responded a couple of days later, polite note, ignored bottom price question and said he would send a walk around video "shortly". A couple of days later I emailed Brad and said that I never received video. I didn't hear back. Someone else emailed said to let him know if he could help. I responded "yes, answer my question". Haven't heard back.

Bought a new Honda CRV. Our salmon Scott Luther was well informed about the vehicle and spent lot of time with us to find the perfect car. We love the vehicle. The finance team was excellent. They stayed very late to get the deal finalized. They worked very hard to get the deal where we needed it to be. I will definitely by car there agin.
