I was contacted alost emidiatly after i submitted request. When i showed up i was greated by super nice salesman. We spoke for a minute, he brought me a bottle of water and brought the car up to the front door for me to look at.

This dealership has great customer service. I am still interested in the vehicle, however, I came down with tonsillitis, and I still am unable to come out to see the SUV. With that said, Mark knew my situation, and he sent me a video of the engine and the inside of the vehicle. How sweet is that. He even went as far as delivering excellent customer service through text because he knew it would hurt my throat to speak on the phone. I anticipate purchasing the vehicle from Mark as soon as I'm back on my feet, but I just wanted everyone to know how caring, kind, and professional the people at this dealership are. Even if the suv sells while I'm sick, I plan on going through this dealership to find a car. Thank you so much, Mark!
