I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Vision Hyundai Henrietta. From the moment I called to inquire about a used vehicle, the customer service was abysmal. It took numerous attempts just to get someone to pick up the phone, and when I finally spoke to a salesperson, they were utterly incompetent, constantly transferring me around without accomplishing anything. Negotiating the price was a nightmare, and despite putting down a payment to hold the vehicle, they failed to follow through on their end. The salesperson vanished, leaving me stranded without the necessary paperwork for my bank loan. Communication was virtually non-existent, with me having to hound them incessantly just to get a response. When I finally went to pick up the vehicle, I was met with more incompetence and delays, resulting in me having to pay more than agreed upon. They failed to disclose a recall on the vehicle, and even after all the hassle, I couldn't take it off the premises due to unresolved issues
